This is a great location outside of Fair Oaks Mall. It’s a stand-alone Starbucks building, with plenty of parking and handicap parking spots. There is a drive-thru that can accommodate several cars as it wraps around the building.For inside, there are several chairs, tables and a large table and smaller tables with wheel chair access.There are two separate restrooms and are wheel chair accessible.I ordered a hot Green Tea and breakfast sandwich. My friend ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee. They have a few breakfast sandwich options with eggs, sausage, bacon, cheese etc. They don’t have muffins or other baked items. It would be nice if they had that option, though. The breakfast sandwich was alright.The staff was very nice and my order was ready quickly.This location is adjacent to Rt. 50 and very easy to get to if you’re coming from 50 West.Definitely recommend. It’s a great Starbucks, especially if you want to meet someone there and sit and talk for a while.Parking: Lots of parking spots and easy to park. There is handicap parking.

We went through the drive through and Matt was extremely polite. He gave us his name and asked us ours which feels a lot nicer than just asking the name for the order and when picking up food he was very friendly and professional and made sure we had everything we needed. Really great experience and Matt is a really great representative for the ideal Starbucks Experience!!

Very nice layout for coffee time, they have a long table to seat with others (like meetings) and space is open and clean. Tables are separated enough to have good conversations and it is not noisy at all. Very good parking lot :)

My coffee is always PURRFECT here! The staff are so friendly and always in a pleasant mood. Whether you walk in or do drive thru, you can count on exceptional customer service. The location is on the smaller side compared to other Starbucks I've been inside but it still feels comfortable there and the team do a great job of looking out for the patrons.

Please do not put rude staffs in your drive thru and would be nice if you will consider being courteous to customers for people wanted to work here! That 1 manager got a devious looks was sooooo mean when she lets the newly hire serving drive thru by herself! Id rather go other branch than to deal with these no manners people.
The store hours on Sunday from 6:00 am. I paid a visit to have my morning coffee at 6:10 am but it was still closed! Never coming to this branch in the mornings.

I liked this Starbucks because it doesn’t get too crowded like crazy. But as of today I won’t be going back. There’s one staff member who works there who has longish dark hair and wears eyeliner. I’ve had a couple encounters with her in the past where I’d smile and be polite (I’ve worked fast food I know it’s hard) but she would just have this horrible attitude about her. I would think oh maybe she’s just having a bad day. But today I witnessed her yelling at someone who I believe was in training. Saying “1.5. oh my god, 1.5!!”. The store wasn’t even busy, maybe two people in the drive thru, and a few in the lobby with no line. Not only is this type of attitude what makes your coworkers want to quit, but when you’re yelling so loud for the whole store to hear you it creates such a hostile atmosphere. Something everyone should know when going into work for something that is customer facing and public is that you leave your attitude at home. I’m shocked this Starbucks even tolerates her and if she’s a manager that has me even more worried. I will not be returning here again.
