This place would be a 20/10. Probably my favorite Starbucks! The employees were so sweet and so patient that for the first time in my life, I left a tip. I got an iced mocha(soo good and perfect for the weather) and my sister got a mango dragon fruit water refresher(also perfect for the weather). I was with a group of friends and it was so much fun, for sure coming back here!
I've come here a handful of times to pick up mobile orders. My drink was ready at pickup, tasted good, and the staff pleasant. Prices are ridiculous though, thank god I had a gift card.
My sister and I are regular customers at this location. However, my sister recently switched to the Chantilly location due to encountering an employee with a poor attitude at Greenbriar. Today, for the first time, I experienced exceptional customer service at Starbucks. A young man with long hair and a bright smile greeted me warmly at the pickup spot and went above and beyond in his service.
