It's not worth getting coffee here because the experience is so incredibly aggravating there is no way you will enjoy the coffee. Staff is completely incompetent.

It’s a Starbucks on a college campus it makes good food and coffee but it’s slammed most of the time and they don’t always have stuff in but that’s probably bc of the corporate side

I ordered 2 times from there and each time they make my order wrong and I ask them to remake it. And still remake it wrong. They made my order with just milk. Literally tastes no espresso at all and it's just milky.

It was my first time ordering the pecan spice latte I got it an a tall and I ordered it ahead because I know there’s a huge line. I went to pick it up and tell me why there was weird white chunks in my drink :(
It didn’t taste good it’s like they put napkin paper in it and let it drench then rip apart. Was not warm. Other Starbucks on campus is better and nicer

Whoever is working the cashier shift today on Tuesday September 2nd at 10:25 am, is the worst employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of crossing paths with. I ask for a popular menu item after waiting 15 minutes in line because they’ll only have one cashier, for her to tell me they don’t even have this item, mind you, not sold out, but they don’t even have it. It’s literally just a vanilla latte… I leave because I’m like okay maybe she meant sold out. I go to download the app to check and order, and could you believe it, it is available!!! Whoever this worker is she was looking into the system as if I had asked for the most bazar item to ever exist. I wasted time and energy on this.

The customer service was shockingly bad. There was a newer cashier at the register and she was being rude to the customer in front of me but I assumed maybe they had an odd request…I used to work at starbucks for years lol. then i went up to order and she barely even talked to me. Rolled her eyes when i said i wanted to order food as well and when i gave her my name (4 letters) she managed to just give my first initial instead of spelling it out? The service was comical and her picking her nose and whipping it on her apron was a nice touch.

i’ve bought from this location twice and both times have had my order made completely wrong. the second time i even showed the drink on the app to the barista and she still gave me the wrong drink & size

if you want a drink don’t expect it to be what you asked for

Don’t ever go here unless you want to get scammed. I visited this place a few days ago and was one of the first people to order. I got there 30 minutes before opening. People after me a got their drinks before me and they skipped all the venti drinks in the cup order and only did grandes. I waited 50 minutes and had to be somewhere so I went up and asked for a refund. They asked for my name and order which I gave them, I even spelt my name out, but I still haven’t received the refund after 2 days and I’ve tried calling but no one picks up so I left a message. People were starting to complain and the workers then yelled at everyone getting mad, which is understandable that they were mad but as an employee it’s inappropriate. Very sad that I got charged for something I didn’t even get and they didn’t even start making it when I asked if it would be done soon after 50 minutes.

I can walk over to Dunkin, Order, walk back; and my friends are still waiting for their drink. This store obviously has a MGMT problem to have so many complaints.
