The customer service was shockingly bad. There was a newer cashier at the register and she was being rude to the customer in front of me but I assumed maybe they had an odd request…I used to work at starbucks for years lol. then i went up to order and she barely even talked to me. Rolled her eyes when i said i wanted to order food as well and when i gave her my name (4 letters) she managed to just give my first initial instead of spelling it out? The service was comical and her picking her nose and whipping it on her apron was a nice touch.

i’ve bought from this location twice and both times have had my order made completely wrong. the second time i even showed the drink on the app to the barista and she still gave me the wrong drink & size
if you want a drink don’t expect it to be what you asked for
Don’t ever go here unless you want to get scammed. I visited this place a few days ago and was one of the first people to order. I got there 30 minutes before opening. People after me a got their drinks before me and they skipped all the venti drinks in the cup order and only did grandes. I waited 50 minutes and had to be somewhere so I went up and asked for a refund. They asked for my name and order which I gave them, I even spelt my name out, but I still haven’t received the refund after 2 days and I’ve tried calling but no one picks up so I left a message. People were starting to complain and the workers then yelled at everyone getting mad, which is understandable that they were mad but as an employee it’s inappropriate. Very sad that I got charged for something I didn’t even get and they didn’t even start making it when I asked if it would be done soon after 50 minutes.

Went there on 7th the cashier girl is so rude , look frustrated when i said i’ll pay by cash also the drink is so watery.

I can walk over to Dunkin, Order, walk back; and my friends are still waiting for their drink. This store obviously has a MGMT problem to have so many complaints.

Don’t come here if you’re rushing or just want something to eat. Came here three time and each time they messed my drink and waiting very long. I asked for a tall brown sugar shaken espresso with an extra pump of syrup which would total to 4 . They gave me only one pump even tho they charged me for the extra pump. As a starbucks employee myself the staff is highly undertrained.

Absolutely awful. The guy working the register, Abdul, was rude and acted like I was bothering him for ordering a full hour before close. The staff was slow and once again they were out of so many basic things including the entire fall line. Whoever does ordering should be fired. The owner of this location should be EMBARRASED. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever visited.

Ordered 2 drinks and 2 food items, took 15+ minutes and both drinks came out wrong. The person I was with ordered an iced venti caramel macchiato and got a hot grande caramel macchiato. I ordered a venti chai latte with pumpkin syrup and got a grande iced chai. Clarified what I ordered, they remade it, but just took a sip and it’s coffee- not tea, and no Chai or Pumpkin I can taste… Plus, they charged me for Pumpkin Cold Foam on the drink that I did not order or receive.I hate leaving reviews like this when people are probably just trying their best, but I genuinely would not come back because of this.

Does the staff here receive ANY training? Waited 20 minutes to order just to learn they were out of so many ingredients that after trying to order 3 different drinks and 2 different food items, I just settled on a very basic iced coffee. It took another 20 minutes of the staff bumbling around to finally get my coffee which didn’t have the oat milk I asked for ( i guess they were out of that too). The owner should be absolutely ashamed of this location. It’s embarrassingly bad. Go off campus. I will NEVER be back here.

horrible, the employees were on their phones. Service is slow and they don’t have many ingredients regular Starbucks would have like Sriracha sauce or caramel drizzle. Disappointing experience overall.

This place is horrible. I ordered a grande dragonfruit lemonade and it took them 20 minutes to even PICK UP my order to look at it. There was literally a line of cups forming because none of the orders were getting done. One barista was working on one drink for almost the entire time i was waiting. She was simultaneously talking to one of her friends who was a customer and wasted so much time. There were 3 other baristas on duty, one taking orders, and two other ones standing there doing nothing. I was watching the entire time and the only thing they were doing was picking things up off the counter and then setting them back down. It’s like they were NPCs in a simulation, they looked like they had absolutely no idea what they were doing.Edit: This happened again, i stood waiting for my order for 30 minutes. The cashier messed up the order and didn’t ask for a name so there were so many nameless drinks being put out. People who had ordered after me had already gotten their drinks.

It’s actually impressive how bad this location is. The staff is incredibly slow and they’re always out of basic ingredients like syrup, oat milk, etc. I’m not sure who’s doing the ordering for this location but they need to be replaced immediately. Waited 20 minutes just for them to not be able to make 3 different very basic drinks due to lack of ingredients.

The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Tried twice now and they’re ALWAYS out of most things. Whoever does the ordering should be fired asap. The staff is slow and clearly not equipped to handle such a busy location. I will never be back and I recommend students head to the other Starbucks location on GMUs campus.

I give up with this starbucks. The workers are always so incredibly slow. I've never seen a fully staffed starbucks operate so poorly. Just get starbucks before coming to campus, trust me.
