They always close their app down on Saturdays for deliveries. Open the app.
They are the better Starbucks on campus. The other one doesn’t follow basic hygienic practices. Neither locations can make a coffee or espresso without making it super bitter. There isn’t any amount of milk, sweetener, or water you can add to change the taste.
Poor service, very understaffed, orders could take up to 30 minutes to finish
The coffee machine was “broken”.
The regular coffee machine doesn’t work all time
Every time being there the coffee machine doesn’t work they ask me to get Americano coffee when I ask about the district manager they don’t have their card
I forgot to ask for coconut milk and the staff was very kind and helpful about it. I have social anxiety so this was a huuuge relief. The barista even confirmed with me that I wanted both nondairy milk and regular cold foam since cold foam has dairy in it. That was a very thoughtful touch that made me feel valued. I used to work for Starbucks and I think you're doing great. They accept personal cups and you can scan for stars! Thanks morning staff 11/23 🫶💚

Whoever does the inventory should be unemployed. How are you consistently out of 95% of food items? Cute redesign but this location and staff SUCK.

While this place has a great atmosphere, there were times I was disappointed by the quality of the food. The couple times I got a cookie crumble frappe, the crumbles weren't even blended in, and it just tasted like a really weird slush that actually gave me food poisoning. Also, I asked for water, and they charged me $2? Everyone knows you can get free iced water at Starbucks. They also said a couple of times that they were all out of hot water, which was disappointing. If you are on campus, I would recommend the Starbucks in Johnson Center. So much more efficient.

Love this Starbucks. Definitely my go-to on campus. Unfortunately, they don’t accept gift cards.
Parking: There’s street parking on one side of the street. I would say maybe 8-10 spots for the whole street, however.

Great spot to grab a coffee on campus, or to hang out and study, especially on weekends when it’s not too crowded (weekdays often get really busy and it can be hard to find a seat). It’s super nice to have a real “coffee shop” location that’s within easy walking distance as an on-campus student; I quite like coffee shops as study spaces and the other on-campus coffee places don’t provide the cozy atmosphere that this spot does. I almost always order ahead through the app so I can’t say much about the service here, but the couple times I ordered in person last year were positive experiences. Regardless, I definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking to grab a coffee and/or a quick meal, or if you’re like me and want a cool coffee shop to hang out in while preparing for that one exam. ;)
