Horrible!!!!!!! Unfortunately you can't give no stars! I can't say it enough! I have complained to corporate about their sub-par drink quality (barely using whip cream) and always running out of products. The store also didn't have enough staff for half price frapp happy hour. The staff is nice enough but they need better training and managing!
