The food was great! Just like the Steak 'n Shake we remembered from when we were younger. The hours can be weird because it's on a college campus, though, so don't try to go on a holiday.

My family came 1.5 hours to see the Harlem Globetrotters on March 7th. When I saw there was a Steak 'n Shake, I knew we had to go! The cashier, Revanth, was friendly and patient while taking our large order ($100+) He took our order and filled it after it was cooked. The food was hot and good. My only complaint is that he was filling the orders while other workers were standing there watching. I wish they would have helped him so that the people behind me didn't have to wait so long to have their orders taken, which is why I gave 4 stars for atmosphere. Nonetheless, he provided great customer service so that is a big plus for me. I made sure to let him know how much of a good job he did and how much he was appreciated. Thanks Revanth!

Inside a school with little to no parking available during the day. Also dosen't keep normal hours.
The line moved fast, but the food took forever- apparently they forgot about our order. The cheeseburger was cold and the fries were missing any salt. They also screwed up the order.

Terrible Steak and Shake. I honestly wish that Mason replaced the Steak and Shake with a Burger King. I can't count how many times that they've messed up my order. When I asked for double steakburger with cheese n' fries, I got charged separately for the cheese and fries. The servers here are also really rude and gave me attitude. The burger tastes pungent, like a mouth full of onions. I rather walk across campus to go to the nearby Mcdonalds.

This review is for Steak and Shake located in Sunrise Blvd near then Sawgrass Mall. The service at Drive Thru was terrible and the shake, not only took too long but the shake was terrible. With 3 cars ahead of me it took 1 hr to assistance and the service was terrible. I will avoid this specific location for any future orders

⚜️Bonjour Mesdames et Messieurs qui travaillent ici dans ce petit Vapeur et secoue américain,⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️Comment sont toutes les personnes qui travaillent ici ce soir ? ⚜️J'espère que tout va bien avec tout le monde avant que je ne lance ma critique française ici. ⚜️Je suis tellement excitée de l'écrire depuis que je suis déjà là. ⚜️C'est un petit endroit et tout. ⚜️Premièrement, j'ai remarqué combien sympathique et gentil vous tous quand il s'agit de saluer les gens. bien qu'il soit très rapide et rapide quand il s'agit de commander et de recevoir la nourriture, qui est très américaine et pas beaucoup de français appétit à mon estomac français. ⚜️Cependant , je pense qu'il est sans équivoque unique au fait que le processus américain de nourriture et de livraison est assez intéressant. ⚜️J'ai essayé votre nourriture et j'ai trouvé que les hamburgers sont de la nourriture de rue bon marché sale et la même chose vaut avec les chaud-chiens , mais les frites qui me permettent de vous corriger que ce n'est pas français mais les Belges nos voisins d'à côté les ont tous inventés ensemble. ⚜️Car c'est un fait et vrai tout le chemin. ⚜️Quoi qu'il en soit, je terminerai mon agréable et sincère examen de la cuisine française d'une manière traditionnelle française qui va comme ça “Dès que cela a été dit, dès que cela a été fait.” ⚜️Cette citation signifie qu'elle indique que quelque chose est ou sera fait presque immédiatement sur demande. ⚜️Je pense qu'il est vrai sur l'exécution de passer une commande ici, mais la qualité est décente car ce n'est que des sensations bon marché après tout avec le résultat final d'un prix bon marché aussi. ⚜️Quoi qu'il en soit, merci d'avoir écouté, que Dieu bénisse et que Jésus vous aime.⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️Sincèrement et cordialement de, ⚜️⚜️Monsieur Francais Jean ⚜️✝️?????????????????? en ⚜️✝️??.

Worst grilled cheese sandwich ever. Cheese wasn’t even melted and still cold on the edges. Inside was slightly warm but not melted. Basically ate a bread with a slice of cheese.
