The food was great! Just like the Steak 'n Shake we remembered from when we were younger. The hours can be weird because it's on a college campus, though, so don't try to go on a holiday.
My family came 1.5 hours to see the Harlem Globetrotters on March 7th. When I saw there was a Steak 'n Shake, I knew we had to go! The cashier, Revanth, was friendly and patient while taking our large order ($100+) He took our order and filled it after it was cooked. The food was hot and good. My only complaint is that he was filling the orders while other workers were standing there watching. I wish they would have helped him so that the people behind me didn't have...
