I got the sandwich and accidentally my kid dropped just after the counter, I was expecting a bit more hospitality for cleaning and maybe a replacement, but nothing, they just saw and say nothing, so of course I have to clean myself and my kid didn't have his meal. I have to buy something else for him. I'll never come back here.

I've been to this subway quite a few times now and there has not been a single time my order has been done correctly. I generally mobile order out of convenience and would like to think that my order will be made right regardless of me being there in person or not but I guess not. Every single time, I am missing a sauce, a topping, SOMETHING. The first couple of times I brushed it off, mistakes happen, but it has come to the point where it is just ridiculous. Do better; you are grown adults, not 5 year olds who need their hand held through the entire process.
