I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sushi On at Fair Oaks Mall, and it remains one of the best all-you-can-eat values in the area. While the dinner cost for an adult is $42 plus tax, the sheer variety and quality make it worth every penny. The sushi selection is absolutely massive. Unlike many buffets where quality can be hit-or-miss, everything here tasted incredibly fresh. From classic spicy tuna to elaborate specialty rolls and fresh nigiri, the chefs are constantly replenishing the trays so your favorites are always available. Beyond the raw fish, there is a surprisingly good selection of other food including Korean BBQ galbi, crispy tempura, and snow crab legs. I was also very impressed by the good desserts; the made-to-order crepe station is a total game-changer and a perfect way to end the meal. The service was exceptional. Despite being quite busy, the staff remained professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. They were quick to clear away empty plates and kept our drinks full throughout the night. Just a heads-up for those visiting on the weekends: this place is popular for a reason, so be prepared for a wait line of about 30–45 minutes. If you want a top-tier dining experience with a staff that truly cares, I highly recommend checking out Sushi On. I will definitely be returning soon!

It's all you can eat so come hungry and it'll be well worth it, especially if you're there for the sushi. They also have some yummy Korean food. My fav is the galbi (marinated beef short rib) it's popular so they're always filling it back up with fresh cooked cuts. Also its a large place and relatively kid friendly and they eat free.

Sushi On, to my surprise actually had really good food. I've been to other sushi buffets, and Sushi On takes the cake. The staff was friendly and efficient. We ordered hot water, as it was cold outside, and it came with a lemon, which I usually have to ask for. Whenever we walked up to get more food, the hot water was topped off, so it never went cold and the old plates were removed before we sat back down. They have a decent selection of Korean food as well, which was also quite delicious. And for those with little ones, they have a kid friendly food section if the other choices are not to their liking. All in all, it was great experience and we will definitely come back. But be warned, it is quite popular, even at opening time where we still had to wait about 10 minutes before being seated. Plan ahead and expect to have to wait. Next time, we will try their Dinner menu!

The sushi was incredibly varied and fun to sample, and we also enjoyed the different soups, barbequed beef and other options, as well the desserts. Truly something for everyone. The staff was SO kind to us, even though we lingered right up to closing. We really appreciated that they didn't rush us out.

Come here a lot to have sashimi and an experience with my family. The food is good, but sometimes it's dry or not seasoned enough. It also gets very busy during dinner, having 45 minute wait times. The service is good and the bathrooms are clean, just a weird smell in them. Overall good seafood buffet in the area for around 40$

Took my family there today. They charge based on childrens' heights instead of their age. No one really ate that much, came out to about $60 per person for 2 adults, a 9 year old and 2 7 year olds. Only the waiter seemed nice. Modern decor. Food wasn't good. Spend your money somewhere else.

There is a reason why there's a huge line at 11:30 am when this place opens. There are some actual quality food choices here, such as the galbi (갈비) or the sushi here. The sashimi and roll pieces don't contain the highest quality of fish for quite obvious reasons, but it definitely is for people who want to try all kinds of sushi without blowing their wallet. Dinner is different from lunch service in the sense that there's a couple more options such as snow crab legs and crepes. Honestly wouldn't recommend coming to dinner unless you really want to make your money's worth by eating all the crab legs.
Overall a very solid buffet pick that I come to every birthday and special occasions
