A great option for buffet sushi. All of the options are fresh and the buffet is kept very clean. Dinner is pricey but there are some premium options available. Lunch is a better value if sushi is your main focus.
Never been to Sushi On during the week, so this review is in regards to my visits on Saturdays.
Maybe you all need to double up on the cooking staff on the weekends. The cooks cannot keep up with the amount of customers and the lines.
I always get there at 1130am, the opening time. And by 12pm, a lot of the food selections are empty. Especially the kalbi beef. By 1230pm, the Sushi and salad selections has alot of empty trays, the egg dishes are empty, etc etc.

I’d been wanting to visit Sushi On for a while, but honestly, the 3.8 rating had kept me hesitant. Recently, I noticed their reviews improving to 4.2, so we finally decided to give it a try and I’m so glad we did. The overall experience was outstanding.
