Ordered a chicken Crunchwrap and it had beef. They never give you a receipt and the order is always wrong. They never answer the phone. I will be disputing the charges with my bank. I’m tired of paying for food I didn’t order!!!!
4 of 5 only because they were out of Baja Blast Zero, my desired beverage. Clean, well filled burritos, not too busy.Parking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Handicap spaces but you'll need someone to open the doors for you.

Honestly I don't expect much of any Taco Bell, but this one really disappointed me. I ordered simple items. I didn't get those items, and asked for those items. The workers did nothing. Like I know it's a Taco Bell but COME ON y'all

Unprofessional staff member refused to take my order. The male employee was outside at the drive-thru ordering station with another female employee and appeared to be having an argument. He refused to take my order and sent me to the window to place my order. I pull forward to the window and that's when I look back and see that he is taking the order of a white woman. It's 2022, this type of prejudice was unexpected, degrading, and unprofessional. I will not be coming back again.
