Rude Asian Employee I do Uber delivery and have picked up order from this location at least 4 times. All deliveries i had with them was in late night after 10-11. Most of Taco Bell locations close dine-in room that time and only allow pick up drive-thru. I assumed same regulation applied to this location and been picked it up 2 times in drive-thru without any problem. Until I got one order at Sunday morning 4am-5am and an Asian employee told me to pick it up inside the store. I wasnât sure what he said so i stopped at the window and he stared at me with a nasty eyes and just raise the order in front of my face saying nothing. I know it was late, we all tired so I just took the order and left. However, tonight I came back for another order and it was almost 11 so i went to drive thru and told to the speaker I picked up for Uber 2 orders. He answered with a SASSY voice âUmhh I donât understand what you said but just pull overâ, then I got to the window and met that Asian guy again. He handed the bag and told me âIâll give you the order this time but next time youâll have to pick it up insideâ?? Like why did the other workers are okay with handing it through window but you arenât ? Even if it is the rule for this location, why with that SASSY NASTY ATTITUDE? Or just because iâm not a customer just a delivery driver you think itâs okay to treat me with rudeness? I worked in restaurants too and I never treat drivers like that, especially when the drivers already try to be nice to you. I thought Asian parents teach their kids well about behavior to people, but this guy is an exception!

Echoing others on the drive through late night (when itâs most valuable and important), donât even think of this place if you want something quick. The wait will be tedious at best. The food is as expected, but it should be, so no extra stars. Fix whateverâs making the drive through so slow!

Do NOT order pickup from this location. I placed an online order and had to wait almost 10 minutes in-store AFTER it was ready. The staff ignored when I tried to get their attention and get my food. I'd understand if they were busy but the dining area and drive thru were mostly empty at the time.
