A new Nepali food truck with a flavorful menu and great service. The staff were friendly, and I’ve already been here a couple of times. There’s limited outdoor seating, but it’s set in a nice little spot next to a shop and gas station.
Tapari Momo is one of those places that completely ruins your expectations for other momo spots. The momo are so juicy and flavorful that you’ll probably start questioning why other restaurants even try. Seriously, once you eat here, regular momo elsewhere might just taste like sad dumplings.

I absolutely loved the chicken jhol momo, buff momo, chowmein, and sausage here. The food has such an authentic Nepali taste, and everything was just as delicious as it looked in the pictures.
