I’ve been here multiple times for lunch and have tried the salmon, sandwiches, and bowls. Everything has always been amazingly fresh and delicious. The prices are a little on the high side, but I’m willing to pay a bit more for fresh, quality ingredients. I haven’t tried the coffee or desserts yet, but they tempt me every time I walk by!
Great new location in the heart of fairfax, Paris vibes the moment you walk in the door. The breakfast was delicious and served quickly. Their mocha is one of the best I've had and that says a lot.
The ambiance and setting is lovely. The salmon rice bowl was delicious and I was shocked at how underrated the humus with fava beans was. Truthfully the pastries in the display case look pretty but taste mid. The lemon crembo is exceedingly sweet, the fruit tart shell was dense, the halva chocolate cookie was slightly under baked in the middle and the croissant was stale
