I am diabetic and asked for something low sugar. I got the green tea, but it was insanely sweet. I got a headache within minutes of drinking it. Then i got the spam onigiri. Mostly rice with a thin slice of spam.

Stood in line for 10 plus mins because one obnoxious woman asked about everything single items on the menu trying to figure out what her daughter purchased for her. Instead of calling her daughter this lady went down the list and had two staff guess what her daughter had bought for her. Not the friendliest of staff at the Fairfax TeaDo. Onigiris were ready but drink was not so I wasn’t allowed to eat my onigiris first while they were warm. Then I received a text that my order was ready and when I went to the counter to pick up my order the drink was still not ready. Staff said the text messages are automated and that they will call me when my full order is ready, which was fine with me, but then my order was ready but no one called me. I only knew my order...
