Texas de Brazil - Fairfax

Staff and atmosphere was very welcoming. Great salad bar selection and add on for your dining experience Steady opportunity and selections of meats pass the table so you never wait long at all.

I had high hopes for Texas de Brazil, but the experience fell short. The gaucho service was inconsistent—meat servers often skipped our table or only served half of it, which was frustrating. Lamb chops were never offered, and the first batch of filet mignon was underwhelming in flavor. That said, our main server was excellent: attentive and professional throughout. Unfortunately, I was hosting a VIP guest and felt embarrassed by the uneven service. For a restaurant that prides itself on the full churrascaria experience, this visit didn't meet expectations.

Food was AMAZING! Server in training and main server was the BEST! Everyone that works there was very attentive. They came around constantly to check on us and make sure we had what we needed. My daughters cannot wait yo go back!

First time here. The meat just kept on coming! The lamb, steak, and filet were all perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. All the steak is cooked medium rare, my favorite, but they did offer other levels of doneness if needed. The salad bar and soup bar had lots of choices. We will definitely be back.

This place was nothing short of amazing. Our waiter Ciro was awesome and attentive. Food was fresh and delicious and cooked to perfection. Better than Fogo de Chao although it's comparable. I will be back!

We went for my partners birthday and we had a great time. The staff was so helpful and attentive. It was a wonderful experience!

The waitress that we had was not that great. She promised me that since it was my birthday that I would get a complimentary piece of not the whole cake, but one piece of a cake that I wanted. I am new to this place. I've never eaten here before so I felt that was really messed up when I had told someone they still did not give me a complimentary. I understand that you guys can't do that but if someone says that they are gonna give you a complementary then they should stick to what they had said she was very nasty and giving us nasty looks at the table. It seemed like she didn't want us there and like I said this was my birthday.  The food was pretty good, but the food needed to be cooked more thoroughly. There were some that were really good and there was a lot of food that I did not particularly like. I know that's a personal preference and what not I felt like a salad bar should've been included because of the price that the food Was. Overall, I give this a one star rating!! 

Our server was a little too pushy with the alcoholic beverages and seamed disappointed that we decided not to drink. It became a bit awkward after that. But food was delicious

We always loved Texas de Brazil at Fair Oaks Mall best for their food and excellent services. Malcome was fantastic! He introduced the half price happy hour drinks and we ended up ordering two full drinks even though we rarely drank. At the end, he presented the dessert menu knowing that we had no room for it but he still did his job. He frequently checked on us and made sure that our favorite meats got sent our way. It was a pleasant and delicious dinner as always with an extra bonus for having Malcome. Thank you, Malcome and everyone for a great dinner/evening!

As I've said in an earlier review solid place, you'll have a good experience. I can't really complain about anything, we've always had good service. Once out of three times visited we felt the circulation of the meats weren't great but every place has a one off. Highly recommend, they are miles ahead of Fogo.

We had reservations for 2 at 5pm. We were seated promptly as were the other guest. The food was hot and fresh. The service was excellent. I also had the Key Lime Pie. Phenomenal.

The food was good. The only drawback was the au gratin potatoes were cold. I wanted to enjoy more of the grilled shrimp and Brazilian sausage, it was brought when asked. Otherwise, it was good.

I used to come before they had this amazing grilled pineapple that they would bring out, they don't do that anymore the cold pineapple on the salad bar is nice and the hot bananas that they bring out is nice as well, the food was way to salty and it's way to expensive.

Gaucho didn't come to the table as usual and not to many cut as before. Not correct temperature we asked for medium well.

The restaurant was awesome And our waiter Alanso made sure we had a great experience We'll definitely be back
