Food is never disappointing at Cap Grill. It's a good place for a business lunch. Not sure I would take my wife there for a "fine dining " experience. It's priced that way, but it feels very chain restaurant, which it is.

We have dined here multiple times over the past couple of years and have never once had a bad experience! Everyone is so welcoming and accommodating and the food has never once disappoint. Tonight we had Jack S. as our server, amazing service and very nice guy. He went above and beyond from drinks to dessert. We had a hiccup towards the end, though no fault of his, and he went out of his way to make things right. Can’t wait until next time!

The Capital Grille is always spot on. Their staff is spectacular and the food delicious.The staff was very obligating when I wanted to taste two of their sauces with my bone in ribeye.This was the perfect birthday celebration.

This was my second time to this place, I was so impressed, we came back again. The bartender, Shalyla (forgive me if I am misspelling her name) not only remembered us from a month before, but she knew our food and drink orders from that time.WOW! And then apparently she overheard it was my birthday, so as a special, we got this as a special surprise. I will say, this is my favorite new steak house in Fairfax, and if you go? Get the lamb chop loppypops, to die for.
