I came here for an anniversary dinner, and I was impressed by the service here at Capital Grille, who were able to accommodate us even though we were 10 minutes early. The dry-aged steak was absolutely delicious, and had a nice fruity, acidic feel to it, and you can definitely tell it has been aged. Alexandra was our waitress. She suggested some options that we wound up trying that were excellent. The Capital Grille is one of my favorite restaurants. I had African lobster and my wife enjoyed a salmon salad and our daughter had a wonderful sirloin steak. All the food was excellent, served promptly and we have leftovers to enjoy. The interior offered a calm atmosphere, and the service was friendly. Although I was disappointed when the wrong main dish was served, the manager's courteous response ensured I could still enjoy the rest of my time there. The steak lived up to our expectations; the ribeye was truly delicious. I highly recommend trying it.
