Disappointed a lunch serving of pasta (price didn't match what menu stated the prices should be between $14.95-$22.50 but I was charged more), a soda and a slice of cheesecake was $44 .. before tip. I brought menu price discrepancy to server's attention but bill was not adjusted.

Great food, good vibes. I had club sandwiches and soda. Quite tasty but the bacon rather hard to bite. Service a little slow but not too inconvenient. That was not an issue for me as I was not in a rush at all, actually worked out pretty well.

I always wanted to try cheesecake factory since many of my friends told me about it and it was one of my worst restaurant experiences ever. First, our server was moving like a snail with the food and got us the wrong order. Then we asked to talked to the manager, Michael who didn't help either. Worst restaurant ever. Don't come here. Michael is a complete disaster and doesn't know how to run a restaurant.

Been to this location several times, but the latest visit was the best. The food was extremely delicious and the service by Zach was superb. Highly recommend and I will definitely be returning.

Great food, big portions, and friendly service. The menu has lots of options and everything we ordered was delicious. Perfect stop at Fair Oaks Mall — and the cheesecake was amazing!

We enjoyed a mini reunion with our retired school team at the cheesecake factory located at Fair Oaks mall.
The staff were delightfully attentive but not helicoptering, allowing us 4 hours of eating and chatting!!! Perfect timing with service, and patient with our extended ordering from the menu!
The atmosphere was conducive to conversation, the booths were extra roomy, easily accommodating our party of 4 with lots of room to store coats, gift bags etc.
Definitely will return!!

The place is nice and the food at the restaurant is delicious. It's crowded and there's a 40-minute wait.

Valerie was great! wish the spicy vodka pasta had an option to substitute prosciutto as I don't eat pork
me and my three other friends went on monday around 12 or 12:30 and the hostess was nice but our server was very dismissive of us, idk if it was bc we’re 17 and she has they stereotypical view of teenagers but she seemed like she didn’t like us from the start. we didn’t get our drinks until a very long time. she completely forgot to give me and one other friend a straw so i had to get up and ask the hostess. everyone at my table got their food but me and it stayed like that for ab 15 minutes. until she finally decided to acknowledge that. she overall barely came to our table and our bread was very delayed. i would understand if she had apologized that maybe she was busy with other tables or she was js having one of those days but she didn’t and seemed very mean. i used to work at a restaurant so ik and understand how it is but the way she acted was no excuse. and i believe she got even more mean and dismissive when she thought i gave her a 0.05 cent tip bc i gave her a 25 for a 24.95 check. when i was going to tip her 5$ as i think it’s still 22% i did still end up tipping her 5$. ik this isn’t important but she also seemed to forget to give me my 0.05 cent change back from my check. it’s not important but it’s the principle of the situation. overall mean and dismissive just bc we were a group of teenagers that she thought didn’t have jobs or money. when in reality we do.

Service was really slow today and servers were MIA most of the meal. Food was OK but not worth the price. Had the Cajun jambalaya pasta which had rave online reviews but was a let down. Menu quoted that this was very spicy but lacked meaningful heat. Sauce was mostly oil and butter with little Cajun seasoning and the spinach linguini was very overcooked. We also had the ribeye which was good but the mashed potatoes were underwhelming and broccoli was mostly the stalk.

Tasty food. Especially their fried cauliflower. Prefect blend of sweet and sour taste with great tasting sauce. Flatbread basil tomato pizza a must try for vegetarian and freshness lovers. ❤️
