Don’t waste your money, this was a $9 sandwich that was mostly lettuce. Gave it a try on a whim, ended up having to eat a couple hours later because I was literally hungry again.

Won’t be back. My girlfriend went and grabbed lunch today and they charged $3 for a coke, which is fine, she then proceeded to ask for a paper cup to add ice and pour her coke into the cup - they charged said “it’ll cost you and additional dollar” like are you kidding me? After spending $3 for a 12oz coke being charged for a cup is ridiculous.

Accidentally ordered from this place thinking it was the Italian store, not good. Pizza tasted like a frozen one from a store and I've never seen a place be so cheap with how much meat they put on a sub.

Horrible food!! Ordered delivery and the pizza was pale and barely baked. The pasta consisted of VERY overcooked penne, flavorless marinara (also wrong since I asked for marinara and Alfredo together) and rubbery meatballs. I legitimately could've had a better meal by boiling my own pasta, using bottled sauce and frozen meatballs. It's really that bad.

The mini bomboloni's were stale and taste like they were frozen, the turkey sub was barely edible, (it was bland the bread was stale and a quarter of the sub didn't have any meat) and the pizza was below average, very dissapointing. Don't waste your money here.

I rushed in when the kitchen was already closed and even the lights were off. They still managed to make me a pizza and start all over in the kitchen..The pizza was super good and the hospitality and kindness of the staff is something I will always appreciate!!!!

The food was good (pasta and sub). The staff very friendly. They had sandwich and wine tasting while we were waiting for our take out lunch. We will be back!

This iteration of the Italian Place is a far cry from the one in Old Town Alexandria. The food is good. The atmosphere is... meh. The service is infuriating. Why can't I just tell the cashier my order instead of doing their work at a kiosk? How can you claim to take cash, but not have change in your registers? Ridiculous!

This is my second time ordering the takeout Groupon deal for chicken parm at this location. This is located in Mosaic and parking is a little difficult unless you get lucky and can park right outside. We ordered as I had some Groupon bucks that needed to be spent. The interior of the location is nice and I'd like to try dining in here soon. The chicken parm deal for two includes a choice of salad and dessert. We got the Caesar salad but it was honestly a little small for two. The chicken parm had 3 medium sized pieces of chicken which was also good but I wish it came with some sort of side such as pasta or a larger portion of chicken. We picked the tiramisu for dessert (they have cannolis as well) and this was probably my favorite part. It was so rich and delicious, probably the best tiramisu I'd ever had. The meal deal also comes with a loaf of bread but I think last year when we did this, it came with a full baguette. Overall, it's a decent amount of food for about $25-30 but I wish the portions were a bit larger. The service was quick and I called about 1 1/2 hours before I came in and they were easily able to accommodate. I do recommend this spot but I need to try more off the menu!

Had the Eva sandwich which is the Italian hoagie… they put 3 slices if mortadella and 3 slices of salami. Oh my god. You should not be called an Italians sandwich place. I had a sandwich at their old town place years ago and it was good. What HAPPENED? I paid $15 for 3 slices of mortadella and salami. STOP!,, the girl behind the counter.. girl why are you there. I asked to place an order and she said place it on the computer!
