These are some of the tastiest pastries I’ve had in a long time! The flavors were so subtle but stood out and were so balanced. The earl gray filled croissant was out of this world, and the pistachio rose was perfectly savory and sweet with the perfect amount of rose flavor - not soapy tasting like so many other rose flavored foods.
The owners were so kind and helpful, they made great recs and were truly the sweetest humans - I couldn’t love this bakery more!!!

Bought at the local farmers market today and very disappointed. Paid $8 for a stale croissant. Hopefully it was just an off day for the bakery.

Love picking up fresh pastries for the weekend. They’re always fresh and creative with the flavors.
Vegetarian options: Most options are vegetarian minus a few savory options.

I LOVE Toimoi! I go there when my local farmer's market opens. Everything I've gotten from them is delicious. I love their range of croissants and unique flavors (my favorites are the cube croissants). The person staffing the booth is always extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, 10/10 :)

It’s overrated. The croissant is not crispy at all, little soggy and just a little cream filling in it. So disappointed.

I love this little shopping enclave. I am a regular at River Sea Chocolates and Dani's Granola. Now I'm adding ToiMoi to the list! I tried their filled croissant today. I've never tasted such a fresh and flaky croissant before. Mine had a passion fruit mango cream filling. Light and not too sweet. It was perfect, I'm having it with a cup of tea. We also got the croissant with cookie dough. I'm waiting for my son to try it. The owner is bubbly and enthusiastic, it was great to talk with her.

This bakery wrapped and gave me a burnt croissant instead silently without picking the good one for what I selected.

Best croissants outside Paris, and they're always pushing the envelope with new creations and flavors. The pistachio and strawberry makes me want to weep with foodie joy. And the pastry chef gets so sweetly excited when she sees people fall in love with her creations. It's lovely to see that joy and passion!

I will never stop recommending Toimoi to everyone! My family and I have been coming to the farmers market almost every weekend just for a bagful of their unique and delicious croissants. I can never get enough of their croissants!

It truly doesn’t get any better than fresh baked goods from ToiMoi. We first discovered ToiMoi at the Fresh Farm Mosaic market on Sundays and got to witness the opening of their own bakery!!Annie (the owner) is genuinely the sweetest! (pun intended!) Every new creation she makes is better than the last and her bright, bubbly personality is what ultimately keeps us coming back.Whether you’re looking to treat yourself or someone else, you cannot go wrong with any of the treats ToiMoi offers. The variety ranges from Croissants to Cruffins (yes, a croissant muffin!) to Melon Buns to Tres Leches. My go-to is the Almond Croissant. My husband loves the Passionfruit Mochi. There’s a flavor for everyone here!!Next time you’re looking for something to hit that sweet spot just right…COME TO TOIMOI ??✨
