Protein smoothie displayed as 24g of protein, and conveniently hidden 96g of ADDED sugar. Menu lists ingredients but they put sugar in each item unless you’re in the know and ask for without. Fruits already have natural sugar, why feel the need to mislead customers? Or at least when you put ingredients on the menu, put cane sugar

Asked for NO lettuce specifically in the Thai chicken wrap, had family member pick it up and come to find out they gave me lettuce anyways and it was VERY poorly packed, stuff spilling out of the wrap everywhere. Clearly this place is poorly run by staff who could care less about food preparation and handling. Avoid.

Definitely the worst Tropical Smoothie location I've been to.

Guy taking orders wasn't asking anyone for names for their orders or even calling out orders. This lead to mass confusion with everyone trying to figure out who their order belonged to. Smoothies were made and left in the back, not being acknowledged or handed out until people pointed them out to the people up front.

Ended up waiting 20 minutes to get my single smoothie and quesadilla.

The man at the counter is rude and does not know how to make a good smoothie. He has really poor customer service and I would recommend that anyone looking for a smoothie try any of the other surrounding locations. I agree with most of the comments that the smoothies generally taste like water.

I normally love tropical smoothie but the customer service at this location is atrocious. Multiple times I've come I've had 10-20 minute waits standing at the register for them to even acknowledge my presence. They don't even finish off your order or ask if you want a receipt they just walk away without a word. I only come here because it's so close to my house but if you can avoid it I would.

I only go to this location out of convenience, but it's the worst! Rude employees, don't even speak to you when you are there, the atmosphere is bad, dirty, bad music that is loud and obnoxious. But it's mostly about the people who work there, very unfriendly and slow. I'm not going to go back after 4 years of going there, it hasn't changed

I ordered two wraps for my daughter who has an allergy to tomato. It clearly says on the label NO TOMATO, but it is full of tomatoes. They would not refund my money because it was delivered by Door Dash. I was told that I could reorder it. So I did, again I specified NO TOMATO. On the label it says NO TOMATO, but again it is full of tomatoes. Now they won't answer the phone. So basically I have paid over $40 for wraps that it is not safe for my daughter to eat. Terrible customer service.

The people that work at this location need to be fired. I ordered a chicken three cheese quesadilla for pick up and when I got home and opened it. It was an egg and sausage breakfast quesadilla. Do not go to this location unless you want bad quality and the wrong food given to you.

ordered a hummus veggie wrap NO onions, which is supposed to be vegetarian, but someone put chicken in it??? and also left the onions in. they also cut it so oddly which would’ve made it difficult to eat if i would’ve been able to eat it
