I had their peanut paradise yesterday and it made me very sick, kept me up all night with vomiting, diarrhea. Ugh. What's going on? They can't be trusted with the food they handle

My brother and I came here with our dog to eat a meal outside after the vet visit. After our order one of the Tropical Smoothie employees, Virgilio, came outside and offered our doggie a cup of water. Thank you so much!!!!!! Overall, clean space, friendly staff, we had a great time! You made our day, Virgilio!!’

I ordered a salad with no chicken and when I picked it up it had chicken on it. I brought it back inside and asked for another since I don’t eat meat. The male worker tried to tell me there wasn’t chicken, and showed it to me saying it was just Parmesan. I picked up a piece of chicken and asked what that was. He proceeded to try to tell me it wasn’t, and when I asked for a new salad with no chicken laughed at me with his coworker behind the counter. He also tried to just pick out the pieces and give me the salad back, and got irritated when I asked for a new one to be made. It was incredibly rude and disrespectful.

I ordered a quesadilla with no chicken and got chicken. I called for a refund and the manager said they would refund me, but they never apologized or anything. I could not go back for a chicken-free one because I am at work. Now I have no lunch to each and no one even said I am sorry for this.

Vegetarian options: Not good. They have more than once put chicken on my no chicken cheese quesadilla and never said I'm sorry when I called. The manager said he would refund me, but he did not apologize for this. Now again, I have no lunch.

The place is dirty, and the cashier setup seems to pressure customers to leave tips. This establishment should be reported to the Department of Health.

Made me wait for 15 mins to pick up online order when it was already ready. The reason being they had to make the other smoothies before grabbing my order.
Also while I was waiting they had time to deal with an UberEats order. I guess I’m not as important as Uber.

I have been sick with food poisoning for 2 days from my meal and smoothie. This was my first meal the day I ordered and just an hour after eating I began to get sick. I am an otherwise healthy young adult but I have not been able to get out of bed for 2 days. I would not wish this illness on anyone. I will never come to this location or any tropical smoothie ever again. For reference, I got a southwest breakfast wrap with chicken and a mango magic smoothie. Never again.

Apparently the employees here can't even get an online order correct. Just made my drinks and decided to send just those and not the 2 salads I ordered. Not what I expected after paying just about as much for the smoothies than the salads. Won't be ordering from this place again.

So awful. We go there at 2:50pm on a Friday and wait at the counter and the guy ignores us for 10 minutes but doesn't say anything and then comes to the counter and says "I don't have time to take your order. You need to order online" We weren't going to order online when this person couldn't take 1 minute to take our order. He was moving so slow too and didn't even seem busy. We live close by so we liked picking up smoothies but won't be going back. Cant believe this place is still open.

I pre-ordered on my app for pickup and ordered a chicken chorizo wrap. If they didn't have chorizo, they should have waited to fix my order. Instead, they made me a wrap with the little grilled chicken bits. It had some cheese in it, beans, and some wilted, warm lettuce in it. Barely any rice, no sauce, no tortilla chips and as I stated, definitely had the wrong protein in it. I picked up my order and drove all the way back to work before I realized I'd been duped. BTW, I've order this limited-time menu item several times before at other locations with no issues.I really would have appreciated some honesty about the substitution. $15 for lunch isn't exactly chump change.

This has been one of the best if not the best smoothie spots yet. I've been all around the states and man the workers are kind and really put their effort to the smoothies. Thank you keep up the great work. Really happy with the employees.
