The food is good and there's a good variety of vegetables, meats, seafood to choose from. You have to constantly order via a tablet. On weekends they charge dinner prices which we were unaware of.
Our favorite hot pot in NOVA
Very good hot pot, first time I have had it in the US rather than China. Wide range of food and drink options, as well as spicy and non-spicy ones. Would definitely recommend.
One of my favorite places to get hotpot! Great selection and meat is good quality; slightly better than the Rockville location. Food came out fast even when it was busy^^
Yonelit was the best and made me feel like home. Make sure she stays here a while
I loved the ambiance, fun and easy ordering. My only complaint is you cannot take any leftovers home. It would have been nice to share one hot pot if I had known ahead of time.

Great taste with good quality meats. Their choice has a variety of seafood and vegetables as well. Making reservations are recommended. You can even make your own sauce in a sauce bar. If you like mala (numbing spicy), try the spicy broth, and if not there are plenty of other options.

The hot pot is so good here. You get your own as opposed to sharing a big pot with people which is really nice. I got the split hot put with the Tom Yum and the Original. It was sooo good!! The decor is really nice and the vibes are good too. This is the most unique hot pot place I've ever been to in terms of the decor and set up. They did play wayyyy too much Christmas music the whole time which really sucked. The service was okay too. They were pretty busy so that may have been part of it but some of the folks were a little rude or short. The dessert options are also not great. They are included in the hot pot price which is cool but not very good at all. I don't recommend any of the dessert items except for the coconut sago.
Overall it was really good and I would go again!

Ingredients are fresh. Variety options for dipping sauce.
A little too dark at our table, hard to see the menu and the food. Great services.
Parking is free, but takes time to find and, requires some walking, if you have to park in one of the garages.

Urban hot pot is one of the go to hot pot places me and my family visits. Their meats are fresh and they have a good variety of ingredients. The service is attentive and servers are sweet! Everytime I come here with my cousin and sister we eat SO MUCH FOOD from the all you can eat menu! Our favorite though is definitely the sago and jelly desserts. I wouldn’t recommend the cake it was dry and crumbly not good. But everything else was yummmmy. For soup base I recommend the pork broth and they also offer vegetarian options for soup bases. A little hotpot trick you can order the tomato soup base and an egg and some noodles and make some tomato egg noodle soup which was what I did😋. It’s super yummy. If you’re in the mosaic area definitely visit URBAN HOT POT! It’s the best when you come with a group of friends. Oh there’s also cute little robots that serve you food!
Vegetarian options: There vegetarian soup bases such as tomato soup, veggie broth and also a mushroom soup I think. But they have lots of veggies in the all you can eat menu as well as noodles and other carb options. The desserts are also vegetarian!
Parking: There are parking lots but you have to park and then walk to the restaurant!

Service is fast and friendly and the food is fresh and tasty. They offer a large menu of options for your pot and several options for your soup base. Definitely hit the sauce bar to make up your dipping combinations. Always a great experience here!
Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetables and tofu options as well as non-meat based broth.
Dietary restrictions: If you can't eat gluten based foods, worry not! There are rice noodles and cakes you can enjoy!

When I first visited the place, I found the concept of choosing your hot pot and selecting the ingredients you want to add—such as various types of meat, seafood, and vegetables—quite interesting. The good part is that, with a fixed price covering drinks, dessert, and tips, you will spend around $40 to $50 per person. Keep in mind that for groups of 6 or more, the tip will be 20%. The environment is modern and well-located, with service that was average—quick but nothing exceptional. I found it intriguing that drinks are delivered by robots. The quality of the ingredients was good, and the taste was pleasant. However, the area for preparing sauces felt a bit cramped and could be improved. A downside is that parking in the vicinity can be a bit challenging; people usually park at the nearby Target (which is free) and then walk to the restaurant. Overall, despite the slightly above-average prices, I recommend the place for a dinner with friends.
