Urbano Tex-Mex Restaurant

My 3 girlfriends and I came here for a birthday lunch. The staff is friendly and the food was good. They also brought out 2 bowls of ice cream with candles and sang Happy Birthday to us, which was a treat. One misstep is that our waitress did not write down our order (why this is common in restaurants, I don't know) and we ordered 3 steak quesadillas and 1 chicken quesadillas. Well, they brought out 3 chicken quesadillas and one steak. It was a few bites before my friends realized they had the wrong dish. By the time we called over our server, and waited for the correct lunch, I was done eating. I'd still come back again, since I loved the food and had fun, but please write down our orders.

The food and beverage quality has gone down hill. Stale / cold chips. Margaritas made with package lime juice so they taste very much like artificial syrup. Skip it and try the many other Mexican restaurants in the area.

The guacamole was small and not as flavorable as before. The LIIT was terrible, it was only margarita mix. There were no jalapeño that were pickled?! !

This was wonderful! The food was fresh and our server gave us A1 service 10/10’! You need to come try the queso en fuego

The atmosphere was very relaxing and food was great. Omar the general manager and he’s team was attentive very welcoming. The prices were reasonable for the quality of food.

I enjoyed the chips and salsa more than my actual meal. I had the birria but it was just ok, not as flavorful as I’m used to. Thankfully the steak was better, still nothing amazing flavor wise, but it was tender.

Food was ok. Service was good. Drinks weren't bad. But the 65” tv in the corner streaming Fox News at 6:30 on a Saturday night is a questionable choice of guest entertainment.

Always a great experience, queso was cold (they replaced) otherwise great. Love the Margaritas.

The food was served hot and fresh, the servers are friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. I highly recommend it!

I recently visited Urbano Mexican Restaurant, and I must say, it’s one of my favorite spots!

The food is absolutely amazing – everything is packed with flavor and cooked to perfection.
Their drinks are just as incredible, and the Mescalindo Margarita is a must-try. It’s easily one of the best margaritas I’ve ever had – refreshing, perfectly balanced, and so unique.

The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for delicious Mexican food and exceptional drinks, Urbano is the place to go! Highly recommended!

I have been a fan of Urbano since I moved to the area a few years ago. I am not one to necessarily go to a restaurant or bar by myself, but I have no problem going to Urbano alone. The employees are always very welcoming, especially the managers and bar staff. Each time I go in, I am greeted warmly and they actually remember my preferred food and drink choices before I even order. The food is very tasty and the drinks are exceptional. The margaritas come in three different sizes, which is great depending on how stressful your day was. 🤣 I am always recommending Urbano to friends and colleagues.
