Stopped by Dunkin this morning to get two donuts and ended up spending 45 minutes in the drive thru. The doors were locked with absolutely no signage on the doors informing customers of that. Leaving the only option as the drive thru. The drive thru line is the type that once you're in, you're in, there is no getting out of space. Rudest employees. Walked in to order, guy rang up my coffee before I could order my donuts. Huffed at me because he made the mistake, supervisor came over, swiped her ID and had him start over. 7 employees, 2 working. No smiles, no one was inside when I went in. So no big rush. Won't go back.
Super clean...well-stocked merch...Plenty of doughnuts to choose from, even at 2 pm! Very patient, attentive workers. Try the Iced Nutty Pumpkin coffee!
