Ordered a bagel with cream cheese at the drive through. Got a bagel that was cut, but no one ever put any cream cheese or anything other topping on it. Just a dry, cut bagel. Checked my order on the way out to make sure all items were there. Didn’t think I had to unwrap each item to make sure the right thing was inside. Donuts are good, coffee is ok, attention to detail not so great.
My food was just OK when I came in this past week but the reason I'm giving them a five star review is there's a young lady that works there I think when I asked another young lady what her name was she said her name is Kay-dance or Cadence... she is an absolute joy to speak with so kind so polite and took her time with my mother who is in the ladder part of her 80s. You need to give people like this a raise because just because my food was not the best and my coffee...
Absolutely wonderful team working here! Incredibly friendly, and constantly working very hard. I know some people complain about the wait, but looking at them working behind the counter, I believe 100% they're just trying to keep up with all the customers! I don't mind waiting 90 seconds more with a staff this nice :)
