This happened a while ago so the owners may claim they don't remember.

I checked their menu from home and it looked pretty good so I thought I would check it out for the first time. I walked in and there was a lady cleaning, an older man just sitting behind the cash register on his phone, and another middle aged man that was talking to the cleaning lady. I made eye contact with each of them at least twice, and no one said anything to me. I went to the cashier and asked him if I could get a menu or something and he said nothing.

I am black, and I don't like using the race card - but there was a Middle Eastern family happily enjoying their meal and I couldn't even get anyone to speak to me. Customer service has never entered the building it seems. Honestly a pretty funny and bizarre experience, but of course I will never be back.

My mom and I decided to take a walk around the neighborhood, and I’m so glad we did because we stumbled upon this hidden gem! This cute Yemeni spot in Falls Church offers fantastic customer service. We ordered the lamb over rice with a side of soup and were eager to try it at home. It exceeded our expectations! The rice was fluffy and bursting with flavor, the lamb was incredibly tender and delicious, and the soup was packed with flavor. Plus, the portions were more than generous. I immediately told my friends about this place—I’ll definitely be coming back!
