I've visited this location twice and both times I've had good experiences. This last time was a lot better than the first thanks to our waiter. I believe his name was Paul however I'm not completely sure. The service was fast, the food was good both times. But "Paul" was very friendly, funny and professional. Which made this visit better than the last. If I'm in the area again and hungry I will certainly visit this location again. Oh! The restaurant was nice and clean including the restroom.

This restaurant has first-rate service as well as enjoyable food. One of the best place in the city. The food and drinks arrived quick and the prices were economical. I recommend this place.

Really bad experience. We were seated for 14 minutes before our server came to introduce himself. Then he forgot our drink order, brought us the wrong drink, steak was rare done when ordered well done (which i realize was not the waiters fault) . Asked a different waitress for silverware she said ok and never brought it. Had to get up and get our own. Then finally our waiter after being asked again finally brought us napkins and new silverware. I have never had a good experience with applebees but this was the worse.

This place is hit or miss, in terms of service and food. The deals are always good, and it's a great place for friends and family. However the quality of food maybe amazing one day, and the next not so much. Same with the service, the funny thing is I feel like the more busy it is the better the service. Nevertheless I will still continue to come here.

Staff was pleasant. 3 stars because theres no changing table in the woman's. Only the men's. Make sure you bring a man with you. So confusing.

Waited 40 minutes, wouldn't serve us, had to leave. Not busy, many empty tables. Dim lighting, dingy decor. Host asked if we've been served yet, left shaking his head, came back and said he'd get us a waiter; one waiter who was sitting at the table next to us talking to the customers said they didn't know who our waiter was; host asked another waiter directly to serve us and they ignored us and continuously went to check on the tables that were done eating on either side of us. Busboys kept squeezing behind my chair to hand food over my head to the table on the other side of the median, instead of walking around to those tables.

My son was excited to eat here. The Applebee's near us closed so he hadn't eaten there in awhile. Our server was good, he brought refills quickly. But the food wasn't great. My son had the all you can eat shrimp and rib tips. The ribs were mainly sauce, minimal meat and cold fries. He liked the shrimp better. I got one of the lunch specials and it was OK. I know you shouldn't expect much and I didn't. So it didn't surprise me at all.

The group I was with came in at 7 pm on a Wednesday. Hilariously bad service. We sat down and I noticed the tables next to us was getting worked up. Eventually the manager came over and talked to them, but they got up and left. Our group figured out soon after it was for good reason. In these situations I think it's best to put blame on management. The server had no business working there and it's managements responsibility to realize that, not us.

Late afternoon meeting a friend for a drink, Ronald was our server and was new but he made up for that with earnest. Had boneless chicken wings, sauce was meh, could use less breading, blue cheese dressing was anything but. Beer was cold and that will break you in this line of work. Attentive staff, clean tables, my buddy had the salmon and it was cooked just right.
The ribs and chicken tenders are the best. And there's something about restaurant fries, just make you want more...

This Applebee's makes Chili's look like a Ruth Chris. Pretty much entirely inedible food that doesn't come close to matching the descriptions or the pictures. Management is understanding and helped to accommodate the issue, but it was still a dissapointing meal.

The atmosphere was very unsettling. The server seemed as if he was confused. Though the host was very personable with a great personality. We were seated at the very rear of the restaurant and the employees were very engaged in personal conversations and extremely loud. The drink glass I ordered was sticky even after asking for a new glass.
