I think this is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Eden Center! Had the Banh Cuon Saigon and the Bun cha Hanoi. Apparently they have been there for 20 years, but because they're tucked away down the hall they don't get much foot traffic. Give it a shot. Looking forward to come back and try the Bun Bo Hue.
I order bánh ướt to go. The food is chewy and cold like it has been in the fridge for a day or 2. Maybe because It's a to-go order. I should eat them at the restaurant.
