Pretty good valued food for this area and also has a very cozy restaurant atmosphere. Only been here once but will definitely go again!

Bun Bo hue. One of the top contender for sure. Is flavorful, give you good piece of pork hock. Would def come back and get it again next time I’m in town

Authentic Vietnamese eatery, every visit always ordered Banh Cuon because in the area where we live couldn’t find one. The papaya salad was good too.
Parking: The restaurant is inside the mall, all the way in the back.

The food was surprisingly on the bland side, but overall a solid B. The place is a bit small and tables are limited. That being said, service was incredibly fast and they definitely want you in and out. Don’t plan on lingering there for long because they want your table for the next group. If you want to have long chats, go hang out at a boba shop instead.
Luckily this place takes credit cards because there are some other restaurants at Eden Center that will only accept cash.

The staff were rude and the food is mediocre. I’d recommend this place if you’re looking for an atmosphere that resembles a funeral service.

We stumbled on this place inside the corridor and it was busy so we thought it must be good. The banh cuon thang long was delicious! It’s the best banh cuon we’ve had so far. The nuoc mia was good too but a tad expensive for the size. Service was fast. They take credit cards.

Great soup! Friendly service. Somewhat difficult to maneuver with a cane. Reasonable prices.
Parking: Crowded lot, difficult to park.
Kid-friendliness: Not really a comfortable place for kids.

The best Bánh cuốn in Eden. The hours are convenient, and the service is good.

Underrrated Vietnamese food. The OC of the east coast. Vietnamese Californian approved. I get the bánh ướt. I recommend sharing, the plates are huge. Hard to find this hidden gem in Eden Center.

Rude. Wasn’t even acknowledge. Woman and man serving noticed me but ignored me. Discriminatory staff.

Decided to go here to try conches, and the dish that contained it, Bún Ốc, was excellent. Also had the Bánh Cuốn Thăng Long, Bánh Uớt Đặc Biệt, and Bún Mắm, which were not bad either. The prices are pretty similar to other places in the Eden Center, so no complaints. The waitress was friendly. All in all, another respectable Vietnamese restaurant that serves decent food.
