The food here is so delicious and authentic. I lived in Vietnam for ~18 months, and I haven't tasted many of the flavors I did at Bánh Cuốn Thăng Long in the nearly six years since I've been home. It was a lovely and nostalgic experience.
I ordered mì quảng and bánh cuốn Thăng Long. I hadn't had either of these in the States before. Because my husband is less familiar with Vietnamese food and was a little hesitant about the things I wanted, we also ordered gỏi cuốn tôm thịt and bún thịt nướng chả giò for a little more familiarity, as he had already tried these in other restaurants.
The bánh cuốn was made well and the nước chấm was delicious. I am somewhat hesitant about chả lụa, but this meat was flavorful and I enjoyed it. It also came with shrimp cakes, which was new to me. They were crispy, but not very flavorful.
The gỏi cuốn was fresh and warm and came with warm peanut sauce. This was new to my husband, and he remarked that the textures and temperature were different from what he was used to, but for me it felt like I was right back on the streets of Saigon.
The mì quảng was so fragrant and the pork inside was so flavorful. This was a dish I'd only had once or twice when I was in Vietnam, and it made me regret not having it more. It was SO good. The herbs and vegetables that came with it have names I never learned (besides like mint and cilantro), but they are so delicious and perfect. Would absolutely recommend this dish.
I tried the chả giò in my husband's dish, and it was the first time I've had good Vietnamese fried spring rolls in the USA. I didn't taste any of the rest of his bún thịt nướng, but he enjoyed it, and it looked great.
This was way too much food for two people, but I was just so excited to try everything. We ate as much as we could and left feeling very very full, but it was worth it.
Note that the prices reflected in the most recent menus posted on Google are not accurate, as prices have increased from last year. We spent $70 after tax and tip (this being an abnormally large amount of food for two people, so it's understandable).

This place was so sweet. Family owned and the chị was so kind, and gave me great feedback on what I should get. The Mi Quang is so good! Banh cuon was pretty decent for my fix

As a Korean who lived in Vietnam for 11 years, I tried Banh Cuon here with my parents when they visited VA from AL. We visited this place for three straight days. Why? Banh Cuon there along with other food were so good. I think for three people, we ordered 5- 6 dishes. No, Banh Cuon itself is already enough for one person, and I eat a lot. But we wanted to try our throwback food we have missed for so long. We missed Banh Cuon, and we haven't had it since we immigrated to America 14 years ago. The sugar cane juice, the food, the loud and busy atmosphere, the customers, and the server who was so friendly to us and who laughed at us going there for the third time. They were all authentic at its peak. The only feedback I do want to give for Banh Cuon (this is from my mother) is to add/ stuff more things inside Banh Cuon. That is all. Taste wise, it was still very very good.

I came to this place twice. I like the food, the service, and the decorations here.
I highly recommend the sugar cane juice from here. It tastes better than other places that I try at Eden centre

I came here specifically to try the bánh cuốn and was really impressed by how authentic and delicious it was. My husband ordered the cơm tấm đặc biệt, and I got to try a bit — the grilled pork was especially memorable. It was tender, perfectly grilled, and honestly more flavorful than what I’ve had at other places.
The service was also excellent. A friendly gentleman — possibly the owner — was handling everything from taking orders and serving food to making drinks and checking out the bills. Despite being busy, he was quick and attentive.
The restaurant is small and located inside a mall, so you have to walk in a bit to find it, but it’s definitely worth it. There’s a great variety of food on the menu, and everything is very reasonably priced.

Authentic Vietnamese eatery, every visit always ordered Banh Cuon because in the area where we live couldn’t find one. The papaya salad was good too.
Parking: The restaurant is inside the mall, all the way in the back.

The food was surprisingly on the bland side, but overall a solid B. The place is a bit small and tables are limited. That being said, service was incredibly fast and they definitely want you in and out. Don’t plan on lingering there for long because they want your table for the next group. If you want to have long chats, go hang out at a boba shop instead.
Luckily this place takes credit cards because there are some other restaurants at Eden Center that will only accept cash.

The staff were rude and the food is mediocre. I’d recommend this place if you’re looking for an atmosphere that resembles a funeral service.

We stumbled on this place inside the corridor and it was busy so we thought it must be good. The banh cuon thang long was delicious! It’s the best banh cuon we’ve had so far. The nuoc mia was good too but a tad expensive for the size. Service was fast. They take credit cards.
