I ordered my son's bday cake online ten days in advance and when I called today to confirm the pick up time, I was told that I never (!) ordered the cake. The woman on the phone at the 6664 Arlington Blvd location did not try to help me resolve the problem, she only said that she had no record of the order and I had made a mistake. So I called the 800 number to try to get my son's cake but spent a frustrating 15 minutes on the phone to learn that they have no access to online...read full review
