Busy Chick fil a - service is adequate but seating tough at peak hours. Could have more workers on the floor bringing food and offering refills. Food and drink delivery delayed.

I was disappointed on my visit to this Chick-fil-A location. It took 20 minutes for my order to be prepared (#1, chicken sandwich, and kids meal). There were several employees prepping salads in the kitchen while the people dining in had extended wait times. I think the opportunity at this location is proper allocation of employees and employees knowing their roles for the day. Do better Chick-fil-A!
I got a free cookie from an employee for my extended wait time. 🙁

Hello, I came into this chick fa la yesterday happy and excited to eat, The young lady on register was very sweet and polite. My order was missing fries and then a nice gentleman got me some fries. I appreciate this chick fa la, because even if they make a tiny mistake like messing up your order they will resolve it. and i left this location happy and VERY full. 10/10 recommend coming here.
