I have come here several times and it is at best an average chick-fil-a. There is no seating inside. The food always takes way longer than it should, and they have gotten our orders wrong a few times. Would love to see faster service. Especially since there is almost no indoor seating.

Yuri was amazing and definitely went out her way to make us feel appreciated in this establishment. She was so enthusiastic and kind. My name is spelt in Spanish and is misspelled often but she managed to spell it correctly without me even telling her. Definitely a gem of an employee.

Do not come to this location! I ordered the chicken tenders and this is what they gave me as a piece. Basically smashed chicken made flat. This is unacceptable. I order this from the crystal city location often and they always put actual tenders, I’ve never had this issue before with chick fila. This location is trying to scam customers. Sad to see chick fila quality taking a hit.

It’s always busy but orders don’t take too long.
Good location and plenty of parking.

When you think of the standard of most Chick-fil-A’s this one usually comes up short. The food from this location is usually good and the employees seem to exist and do the definition of their job. The reason why this place comes up short when compared to the standard is that on a few occasions they just forget part of my order (unfortunately didn’t know a couple of these times before leaving). The point where they seem to fail almost every time is that they always leave out the extras (sauces, napkins, straws, crackers for soup, etc.) and they reduce the fries to the “acceptable” minimum. I wish I could say this was improving but I always check now before I depart and I usually always have an issue that could have been avoided. It happens so often I feel like they are purposely leaving items out to save a little money. Side note, any soda you select always seems to be slightly flat.

If you want a better experience, go to a different Chick-fil-A, even if it is out of the way.

Food is good but they are SLOW. I was given a 5-9 minute estimated wait time and it took almost 20 minutes. For a sandwich and a kids meal, no drink. It was 4:30 on the afternoon. Great that they’re successful but it makes for an annoying experience.
