Scammers, they charged for a full order and only gave us half of what we bought, bad service, bad food. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. ?

BUYERS BEWARE: I ordered a 1/4 chicken platter w/ rice and beans and primavera rice which is listed at 12 dollars. Somehow with tax this came up to to 14.68(no drink by the way). Cool not tripping bout that, but the little bit of rice I had in which I ordered two different rices and only two lackluster sauces and flavorless chicken is where I draw the line. Mind you I was told the primavera rice had “mixed vegetables” moe I only had one pea in that joint. Think I’m lying ima show y’all the photo on brah I ain’t lying. The chicken moist but got no flavor whatsoever. It’s disrespectful to call this Peruvian chicken. Like seriously how do you mess up Peruvian chicken? Y’all better off going to el pollo rico, charga grill or carribean grill which is cheaper, better with more food. The sauce taste like salt free mayonnaise. No flavor AT ALL. Then I only get two sauces at that like it’s supposed to be good.(65 cent for each extra sauce) I don’t write reviews much but for 14.68 for this low effort food y’all gonna get my opinion! If you on a budget don’t go here because this restaurant clearly is! Little bit of food plus no seasoning or flavor? Where is Keith Lee or Mr. Chimetime when you need them? Wish I would of read the first two reviews. It hasn’t been 45 mins yet since driving back to work and trying this terrible food and I’m writing more then I’m eating which says a lot because I’m greedy. Roast chicken used to be fantastic, but lately it is dry. I think they keep it heated rather than take it off the grill.It makes all the difference.Don't get sandwiches. Expensive; with very little chicken.Get a quarter chicken & make 4 sandwiches yourself & you will get more chicken per sandwich.

Since I was treating friends to dinner I had no choice but to place another order. I have contacted my bank and a fraud investigation has been started. I’ve been trying to speak to the manager of Crisp and Juicy but he never seems to be there. I want either my money back for the take out that was taken by some person I don’t know or I want my take out order replaced. This was the restaurant’s fault and I want them to make it right.

Friendly staff. All of the food was delicious. Used to frequent the Arlington location.Both are excellent. Even my kids loved it! Said they had the best fries in the world!

The food is absolutely amazing!! Best Peruvian chicken place I have been to in NOVA. The service is really fast! And they made hot yucca fries for me which were fireee! The place was plenty of indoor seating but I think it's more of a take out place! I would absolutely recommend. Ambiance is more hole in the wall type but def worth it!I have been coming here for years and will come here as long as I can!! My dad absolutely loves this place as well!

The chicken is very dry, they don't have free water or good service and it's not very clean. The yucca fries are good though.
I ordered chicken fries and plantain. Never in my life have aI received such dry plantain. They were so hard I could bounce them off the wall. All of the plantain. It’s like they gave me yesterdays food and reheated it too high in the microwave. I called to complain and they offered me a free side.Never will I eat there again. You have to understand I don’t write reviews because it’s time consuming and I can’t be bothered I’ll usually take the loss. But it was so egregious that they even thought it was okay to serve me food that stale and hard. I’m going to rate them 1/10for food. If you are looking for hard objects to throw at your enemy 10/10 :)

I ordered the Chicken Sandwich with provolone. I don't think there was even cheese on it. It was alright - I was hungry so it passed the test at the time. Also ordered the plantains, which were very good! I probably would not order from this place again. If I could do it over, I would have only had the sides.

I got the Italiano sandwich with a side of potato salad. The sandwich was small, undercooked meat, and quite dry. The potato salad was very unusual, had more carrots, peas, and other various elements than potatoes and was very dry. Overall I'm not very satisfied, and likely wouldn't return

It was little hard to find initially as it was at the roundabout of the corner. But food was Prepared quick & very well-cooked. Would go again. Best Crisp and Juicy experience was had at this location out of all.
