Best rotisserie chicken in DC area! C & J is our go-to carryout for delicious meals that travel well: consistently perfect chicken, rice and beans, slaw, etc. You can eat in but it’s bare bones—clean, not fancy. We’ve been going to this place for years and have never been disappointed. Only downside—we miss you when we’re away. I’d give more stars if i could!

I ordered the Chicken Sandwich with provolone. I don't think there was even cheese on it. It was alright - I was hungry so it passed the test at the time. Also ordered the plantains, which were very good! I probably would not order from this place again. If I could do it over, I would have only had the sides.

Roast chicken used to be fantastic, but lately it is dry. I think they keep it heated rather than take it off the grill.It makes all the difference.Don't get sandwiches. Expensive; with very little chicken.Get a quarter chicken & make 4 sandwiches yourself & you will get more chicken per sandwich.
