Horrible service and support. I went to the store on July 2 and ordered a Dubai chocolate strawberry cup on the kiosk store immediately after placing my order and paying for my order the store associate told me that they were out of buy chocolate. and she said that my money would be refunded in the next 3 to 5 business days because it was a holiday. After more than a week I contacted online support which told me that they can't do anything and told me to reach out to the store. I called the store associate and told them exactly when I ordered and what my order time and day was they said they would follow up on the refund but nothing happened. If the product is unavailable in store and the associate knows it why is it available to order immediately in-store on the kiosk? It should be disabled. I would like a refund asap

I am absolutely baffled that this location has any decent reviews at all. First of all, the staff likes to skimp on the details of each cookie, particularly the minor details like drizzles or sprinklings. And if they are present, they're nowhere near in the quantity they should be. Secondly, they sell out of some cookie around 3 to 4 PM almost every day. It's usually a different cookie every day, so clearly they are not missing the ingredients for the week for a particular cookie. Instead, they are just simply mismanaging their baking schedule and not able to figure out how to keep cookies in stock. This is never really an issue with many other locations, so clearly it's a mismanagement of this location. Lastly, when you order delivery, just expect it to be incredibly sloppy.

Walked in to pick up an online order, waited at the counter for 20 minutes . Not one hello from a staff member or just acknowledging I existed. Order was over 20 minutes late. 2 customers walked out during this time as well.
