Dolan Uyghur in Falls Church is a culinary treasure. From the first bite to the last, everything was packed with flavor and authenticity. I absolutely loved the goshnan—flaky, savory, and perfectly spiced. The korma noodles with shrimp were a standout—rich, aromatic, and comforting in every bite. And the lamb skewer? My first time having Ugyhur cuisine, which was diverse and eclectic. The menu features plenty of dishes that cover all palettes, tastes, and restrictions. Portions are large and very fairly priced. Great service, and plenty of free parking in the building garage.
