Domino's Pizza

My daughter placed an order, the delivery man left it at the door of another apartment, I was calling Domino's and they never answered, when I finally contacted them they told me that they left it at the door of an apartment that is not mine, I went to I checked and obviously the pizzas were gone and they don't want to return the money or give me another order. And well, the order said to deliver in person but they left it behind...

It is at home, they said 20 to 30 minutes, much more time has passed than that, they are very irresponsible in that regard.

One orders online and they don't send the food

This is by far the worst experience/taste I ever had… The lady that answered my call hung up on me four times.. I was just trying to figure out my order status.. they told me it will be delivered 20-30 mins. Did not get my pizzas until an hr and half.. the pizza was burnt and pizza was drenched with garlic spices… horrrible.. save your money and headache and don’t order from this store!!!

I'm only giving any stars because you cannot do a review without selecting an amount of stars. These people were rude and hid from a lobby full of people claiming they were closed well before the times posted. All they said was ,no ,we cleaned already. No sorry for the inconvenience, the false advertisement, nothing. Corporate needs to know this is going on with this location.

I ordered $100 worth of pizza. I got a text that said Ronnie was going to deliver my pizza. 30 minutes later, still nothing. So I called the store. The lady who answered put me on the phone with the driver and he told me that the owner wouldn’t let him leave, he had three orders in his box, and he would be here soon. What in the world is going on here? Who is in charge here? This entire situation sounds like a leadership issue at this store. GM should investigate and fire some folks immediately if I am not the only one to experience this kind of garbage. How did I get a text saying Ronnie was leaving to deliver my order if he didn’t leave? Why does the tracker say order complete if I don’t have any pizza yet and my driver hasn’t left the store? How do I get my “tip” back that I left for the driver ahead of time assuming I might get reasonable service? This makes Dominos look terrible. Do not order from this place.

The guys who are currently there are very friendly and smiling, they are always attentive to customers and I have never received a bad order. The food is always hot and delicious, as expected from Domino's, there are bad reviews but they are probably from many years ago, I highly recommend it.

Excellent

Staff is always friendly and helpful and delivers quickly. Their pizza is kind of meh, sometimes they put chicken in the pasta that I don’t order, but man oh man their sandwiches are amazing. Their chicken habanero sandwich is wonderful. So that gets five stars, the pizza gets three stars, and the pasta gets two stars since sometimes they put things in it that I didn’t order, like chicken. All in all four stars. But stick to sandwiches. Or hope they get your pasta right.

We love this store! Our orders are always completed with efficiency, correct and the food is excellent. The staff is courteous and friendly. We’ve never had a bad pizza or sandwich from this store—we order quite a bit throughout the school year and summer. We try to use store #4347 is much as possible for all of our summer and after school programs.

The pizza quality and baking is not the same as in other dominos. Mostly over cooked and dose not taste fresh.

Well, hygiene is lacking here, that's what there is. There is someone who makes pizzas, answers phone calls without gloves and then continues making pizzas without washing his hands.
