Curbside delivery took over 5 minutes and when they came out and I asked why it took so long and the lady said we are busy and I am doing other things. HELLO your tracker told me it was ready?? No apology, just angry because I questioned her.

Tracked order.

They were slow to make and then overwhelmed driver with deliveries. Took 45 minutes AFTER leaving and arrived cold. Issue is owner and management. Not the driver and staff.

And they would not pickup phone to discuss. Hung up after 30 minutes holding.

Horrible customer service. Placed a delivery order online to my hotel room got confirmation and 10 mins later the store cancelled my order because they didn't feel like making it. 🙄

I ordered stuffed cheesy bread online and prepaid. When I arrived at the store to pick it up, my food was sitting out on a metal grate and unboxed. It wasn’t covered or within any sort of warmer. I watched the worker package it and bring it to me at the counter. When I opened the box, my food was completely burnt. It was totally unacceptable so I didn’t take the food. I asked the worker for the manager’s contact information but he wouldn’t give it to me. I reached out to customer service online. Still waiting for a refund and some sort of resolution. Very disappointing. I come to this location often, so I’m really upset that this happened.

So unethical employers and manager and not clean employees, the lady was picking the fallen black olives to put it on my pizza. I walked out and I didn’t take my order.

Not only did they get my order wrong, but also had the audacity to tell me that I might’ve put the extra items, onions, from another order on it to make it look like it was on my pizza
I dared them to open up the camera and double check their workers if they had put onions on my pizza, but they wouldn’t
They still remade my order, but after a hassle

Didn’t make my pizza. Had to call after an hour of my pizza being “ready”for them to tell me they didn’t make it but would make it if they could find delivery drivers. Maybe they could’ve let me know instead of making me think it was almost here.

My daughter placed an order, the delivery man left it at the door of another apartment, I was calling Domino's and they never answered, when I finally contacted them they told me that they left it at the door of an apartment that is not mine, I went to I checked and obviously the pizzas were gone and they don't want to return the money or give me another order. And well, the order said to deliver in person but they left it behind...
