I don’t understand why it takes an hour (my pizza was in quality control for over 40 minutes) to get to my home under 1 mile away. I’ve called twice. The first time they said it would be here in 10 minutes so 15 minutes later I called again. I’m still waiting and it’s been over 30 minutes since they said he was leaving the store. It shouldn’t take an hour to get this pizza. At this point I don’t even think it could be hot. Every time I order from this location, I say never again. This will be my last time. Where is my pizza!!

No sign posted sauing i cant record and he threateded to call the police I give up im done i even went to management the store manager used rude smart offensive comments when i was just trying to find out how his driver dialed the wrong number from an online purchase.. seeing him face to face his behavior and conduct was even worseThey charged my card twice they told me one price then made a fraudulent charge on my card for more than the total which placed my card in the negative and told me it takes up to 5 days to get refunded this is pure unprofessional business it’s actually a crime that was committed the store basically ROBBED me and laughed in my face when I called to address this ???????? #viral #share #news #consumerinfo

This is by far my favorite Dominos location, the staff are friendly and professional, and the shop is well-maintained. They are always very communicative and have called in any instances where they are short staffed or having issues with orders. I havent had any problems with them so far and I appreciate their transparency. And of course the pizzas are always top notch.
Refused to deliver order during delivery hours. An employee called claiming they had no delivery driver to deliver to order. I ordered online. Completely unprofessional.

We placed an order and the time given to us the order was never taken by the driver and on our end it said delivered. I called and they said ok sorry for the inconvenience we will send you the order and it is going to be free. We waited agin and 40 minutes later still no food . I called back and the same story was given to me and said to wait 30 minutes This is ridiculous and when I calll back they asking me if I still want the food like we all waiting here to eat ??♀️ just worst service even !???

We had a kid’s birthday party and I ordered pizzas to be delivered at certain time so it’s nice and warm when delivered. The delivery guy came in 1hr earlier. I asked that my order to be cancelled and new pizzas to be delivered at the agreed upon time. The delivery guy was super pissed and said “ I’ll bring it back “. Another delivery guy came in at the agreed time and delivered exactly the same pizza they had delivered an hour earlier. The pizzas were cold and mess.. very disappointed and will never order dominos anymore

Easy access and location for Falls Church area. Always offering deals and the customer service is pretty consistently great. There a few window seats to wait for your food or eat a quick bite. Free Parking is right in front of the store. Pizza is always great and good quality. Very clear communication with regards to your order, from the app to the monitors inside the store.Parking: Always plenty of parking in front of the store. If not, a few feet away in the larger Safeway parking lot, there is a large amount of parking.
The service was good but the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired using the cell phone during the preparation of the pizza. He does not wash his hands after using his cell phone, nor does he use gloves at any time.

Not only was it delivered way past the advertised time-frame. They clicked on delivered before it was actually delivered 25 minutes later and food being cold. 4 calls in to find out where when the driver shows up 5 minutes to 9 when order was placed at 730 pm.When calling back the next day to speak to Paul the "manager" was being told he needs to investigate the issue and feeling like it was not their issue the pizza was cold or late and to not trust the websites delivery times because the site was wrong on when they say it will be delivered.Dissatisfied and disappointing since my kids and nephew had to eat cold pizza and chicken parm sandwich.
