Usually this place is ok, but our last order left half of us with food poisoning. We ordered two pizzas; those of us who ate one of the two had to contend with diarrhea. The other problem is that the so-called “pan” pizza was half as thick as they have ever provided. So this location at least is (a) cutting corners and (b) may have a hygiene problem. I hope they can improve!

All of the reviews are true. Do not order from here. I’m genuinely unsure how this establishment is still in business. My bf ordered a pizza at 6:40pm then 3 hours later we finally called to get a refund because it said on the app we got our food when we did NOT. It’s not that hard to communicate with customers and I say that as someone who works in customer service. If this keeps happening so much I’m wondering what is happening to all of these orders? Oh and he got hung up on multiple times. Just don’t bother with this store!

Don’t order from here unless you want to wait 2+ hours for your food to be delivered. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again and this time waited longer. Food said it was delivered but never actually came. Such poor customer service!

Food said it was delivered. 3 hours later food never arrived. Call the store and asked why my food would say delivered if it wasn’t, Dennis thought it was the funniest thing! Talk about great customer service. Never ordering from here again. Apparently drivers out food is delivered so they don’t get flagged but 3 hours later and hungry kids waiting isn’t going to go well!
I’m not happy at all with this location. I placed an order around 10:45pm (1hr and 15mins prior to their weekday closing hours) and 45 mins went by with no update so I called the store and the man who answered said “you can come pick it up if you want but it’s still here”. I was blown away seeing as I’m less than a block away from the store it shouldn’t take 45 mins for a simple order. Unfortunately I may no longer go to this location for my pizza wants and needs as they’ve been constantly and repeatedly disappointing in almost every level.

Delivery time always takes more than an hour and a half from ordering. Cold pizza arrives every time.(Same applies in summer.) The delivery guy drives with all the windows open, and is wearing thick clothes and a hat and muffler. (This is why the pizza is cold) I contacted the store, but they said they can't control the delivery driver. Then I don't know why they deliver with a Domino's sign. Just use the delivery app!!! Please do not leave comments asking me to send you an email. You never reply.

There’s a driver that I see often who is really nice. There’s a specific Hispanic gentleman and young man as well, that are awesome. It seems the less Unfortunately the place is dirty. I have seen flies h the store, so that means maggots are wiggling and munching somewhere near the food ?
