I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with the unacceptable service we received tonight. We placed our order at 7:00 PM, and after THREE separate calls to the store, our food finally arrived at 9:00 PM, TWO HOURS LATER!
To make matters worse, the store manager informed us that the driver had forgotten our original order and assured us that a completely fresh order would be prepared and delivered. However, when the food finally arrived, it was COMPLETELY COLD!

I placed and order for delivery and they never delivered. By the time I went to pick up the pizza it had been sitting for an hour. They claimed to give me a credit, however when I called to claim my credit, they said I didn’t have a credit. I was still charged my delivery fee and the tip I had given. I’d suggest yall order your pizza from somewhere else.
Last night I went to this location to pick up a pizza I accidentally ordered from a different dominios location. The guy at the front helped me cancel my order at the other location by contacting the manager and quickly making my order there. 10 out of 10 customer service and great pizza! 🍕😊

Domino's Pizza at Barcroft Plaza is a reliable and friendly restaurant, known for its delicious pizzas. The staff consistently delivers great service, catering to various dietary needs, including gluten-free and vegetarian options. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with a bright, television-equipped interior, and offers convenient curbside pickup, making it a go-to choice for family gatherings, game nights, or any occasion. Customers praise the rich and robust tomato sauce, and the management's responsiveness in resolving any issues. The delivery driver, Navin, is fantastic, going above and beyond to make the experience special for the customers and their kids. However, some customers have experienced long wait times and cold pizzas, and the restaurant could improve in this area.
