It’s the best pho spot in Eden Center, but the portions have gotten smaller recently. Even the large pho I ordered felt noticeably reduced.

We had an excellent lunch. The portions were generous, the service was very friendly, and the food tasted wonderful.

Pros: many options on menu. They also give bigger portions now, but mostly more noodles. They have competitive prices, $15.95 for beef pho. Fish with dill was delicious.
We asked for vegetarian soup base and halfway eating, found beef tripe in it. They were very nice in resolving the issue right away and apologized, they replaced my meal with anything on menu, instead of refunding the dish fee.

Very authentic. Enjoyed the pho. Had number 4 and number 12b. Lots of things to do in the area too afterwards.

The beef was too tough—impossible to chew—indicating they used very low-quality meat. Yet, the price of the pho was quite expensive.

Kind of disappointed, I ask for Grill Pork Chop with Rice and they gave me grill pork (no bone) instead and I check it's two separate item on the menu...call back to confirm and they lie say grill pork chop has no bone, but the photo on google review says otherwise...Com Tam Suon vs Cơm Tấm Thịt Nướng

I have ordered the shrimp and pork summer roll, but the pork inside, definitely not fresh, tasted funny, can’t tell what’s it was… the noodle soup is oK,. but I think it is overpriced considering the ingredients used. Just got few pieces of beef, and even less noodle..

We dined here yesterday and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The meat did not taste fresh and had an unpleasant smell, which made it hard to enjoy the meal. On top of that, the prices felt quite high for a family dining spot, especially considering the quality we received.

We hope the restaurant can improve its food quality and better match the pricing with the overall experience.

Visited Hai Duong in Eden near closing time, and the experience was a disappointment . The Bún Thịt Nướng was okay—the grilled pork didn’t have a nice aroma of grilled meat and the fish sauce (nước chấm) didn't really stand out.
The Bún Bò Huế was disappointed . The broth lacked the deep, spicy flavor it's known for, and the meat felt very bland, as if it hadn't absorbed any of the soup's essence. It felt like the broth hadn't been simmering long enough to develop its full character. I think my mistake was coming too close to closing time. The food was 'just okay,' and I wouldn’t come back here.
