Located in Eden Center, Huong Binh Bakery offers prepared food, snacks and baked goods. I am not Vietnamese and so I am not familiar with the bakery items available at the store. I tried the bahn mi sandwich and liked it. The best part is the price of the sandwich which makes it a good option if you are looking for a quick bite. The store does not have any seating area.

Today is February 24, 2024 and I just bought this without even thinking about it they would sell expired food and drink! Not to mention one time I bought jello from them and it has mold! Disgusting on so many levels! I hope no one is POISONED by them yetAnd the lady at the register, fix your nasty attitude as wellIf your goal is to sell rotten and expired food all the time might as well SHUT DOWN

My go to place for Bahn Mi! Whenever I’m at Eden I make sure to order one! They also have plenty of sweets and other fried/baked goods. Service is pretty standard, nothing complain about. The aunties who made the bahn mi for us urged us to take a bite while it was warm, saying it tastes the best haha. Card minimum is $10 and there’s an ATM around the corner outside. We went right before Christmas and the lights and decor inside the store were very festive and homey.

I purchased food from this store and paid with my debit card. Two days later my bank account showed the payment amount did not match! The payment details are provided below for reference by other consumers!

Avoid this place like the plague. If you're reading this review, notice how other reviews from Vietnamese individuals apart from mine are all 1-star. Heed our advice and RUN FAR AWAY.We dropped by here on our road trip down south from NYC. This is not the first time we've stopped by this establishment as this is located within a huge Vietnamese commercial center and as such, this is also not the first time we've been a victim of their unpleasant behavior. However, we decided to give them a 2nd chance and stopped in to grab some items to-go.We stacked in our non-existent basket about 13 items priced between $2-$10, totaling up to about $65. We got everything from bánh bèo, bánh cuốn, bánh bò, gỏi, bánh dày, etc. Unfortunately, none of the food was up to par and was in fact, terrible. However, what stood out the most was the unsettling feeling that as paying customers GIVING them our business, we were treated with constant SUSPICION when we were temporarily stacking multiple items to the side (since there was absolutely nowhere else to put them that's not on the counter while we finished our shopping without obstructing others who were already ready to pay at their tiny counter). Now while paying, my family members (who were standing aside to make way for other customers lining up behind us) were consistently given the side-eye as if we were potential shoplifters. It's laughable and absurd how customers are treated here and it's evident through these other reviews that we're not the only ones who feel this way. With that said, we will not be returning to this establishment nor do we recommend anyone else to frequent here.

Exceptional bahn mi at exceptional prices

Great banh mi sandwiches, probably one of the best I’ve ever had. Super affordable, too, which is a big plus in today’s economy. We also ordered meat pies and spring rolls, which were cold (reason for knocking off a star). For dessert, we ordered the flan, which was fluffy, but not as sweet as I normally like my dessert. Service was cold and left little to be desired (another star knocked off).Pro tips: make sure you ask for everything to be warmed, which will inevitably enhance the taste. Also, there is no indoor seating. All in all, I recommend this place for their yummy and affordable banh mi sandwiches even with the poor service.

Huong Binh Bakery has been a staple and has a strong history of being located at the Vietnamese Eden Center for many years. They continue to serve up some of the best Bahn Mi sub sandwiches, snacks and sweet treats in the center. As a young visitor at Eden Center, I always somehow get drawn back to this location of the strip to get some desserts and take bags full of food home for later! The bread is always fresh and the selection is top notch when it comes to different meats and combinations. They also serve some grilled meats with noodles and rice dishes which is a strong plus.If you get a chance to visit the Eden Center, stop by and grab a few treats for yourself, you won't be disappointed because you can always find something to suit your taste whether its a sweet dessert, an iced coffee drink, or a bite of Vietnam!

Banh Mi here is very good. I had a decent amount of meat and pickled vegetables. I enjoyed the bread. The rice rolls were good as well ... they sell a pre-packaged meal with rice rolls, cha lua, mung bean sprouts, and herbs, and it was pretty good. Unfortunately, the service isn't the best, but I guess you kind of know that coming in ...

Hands down best banh mi. We have trash banh mi in NYC and I had to take my opportunity to eat a few banh mi. Here in NOVA while I can and this place rose to the top. Pate was good. Bread nicely toasted, it was stuff with enough ingredient. For 5.50, you can’t lose. I tried both M1 and M2, just do M1, classic is the best.
