The owner could not have been nicer and the food taste was really good. Compliments to the chef. Location of shopping center is unassuming and the restaurant can use a little face lift, but the food and service was excellent. One of the best Lobster Ravioli's I've had.
Every time we visit Idylwood Grill, we fall more in love with the place. It's one of those hidden gems you rarely find these days. A mom and pop restaurant with food that tastes like mom, pop or grandma made. It's soooo delicious. During this visit we had the Calamari appetizer (cooked to the perfect crispness), lobster ravioli and duck breast risotto. Both entrees had the perfect temperature, texture and tasted just like mom had popped out of the kitchen on the spot....
First time here after reading reviews. As an Italian and European , found this restaurant very inconsistent. No one to greet you with reservations. Very very rushed service. Constantly asking “ do you know what you want “. Appetizers and entree out back to back and very quickly. Beef was very tough/overcooked. Salad fair. Mixed grill small for the price.
