Refused my business because I have a service animal he stated that they do not recognize Esa animals, I told him that the dog is NOT an Esa. But apparently he must have a doctors license and moonlight as a ice cream slinger. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY. I was in the service for 12 years and while I understand al9t of people may lie... this animal is a service animal!

Excellent ice cream made in house with a great mix of traditional and creative flavors. Helpful, friendly staff who keep the line moving. We like to eat outside and have also ordered a custom ice cream cake.Dietary restrictions: They keep non dairy options in a separate case and also clearly label other allergens and restrictions

I was really looking for a vegan milkshake and was so disappointed to learn that they could not make a milkshake vegan despite having 4 vegan ice cream options. Wish the website had mentioned this in the milkshake section of the menu before I drove all the way out here…The vegan options were that I tried (Oreo and chocolate) weren’t great.. very heavy on the coconut. My partner got the chocolate ice cream and thought it was too sweet.Decided to just get a snickers milkshake since we came out here, and that was actually pretty good. Very nutty. What you would expect from something calling itself a snickers milkshake.Dietary restrictions: 4 vegan flavors (strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, Oreo). Can just get scoops, can’t make vegan milkshake. Lots of nuts around (snickers icecream, turtle ice cream, packs of peanuts and walnuts).Parking: Several spots out front.

Lots of different flavors of delicious, creamy ice cream. My friend got one scoop of Vietnamese Iced Coffee ($5). I got two scoops ($7) and added Red Velvet. A real treat.

I visited the store in Colombia pike. I was not happy with the attitude of the manager, Andrea. I Did not feel welcomed by her. while I was asking her for a gluten free ice cream , she was answering me staring with a gloomy face instead of a smile with a happy face. She showed me a corner with 4 flavors but when I went to the websites I found other flavors gluten free like Mexican hot chocolates and Nutty Goat. I had asked her specifically about those two. One of the three things , either she was not aware of what she was selling , or she was not in a good mood to work or the website is wrong !Ironically, My husband is a regular customer and every time he goes , he donates.

Wow! First time ever going to Jake's Ice Cream and it was an amazing experience. First off the location is perfect off of Braddock RD and I have to say it was a last minute thing my wife asked to go to the ice cream shop before heading home. I am glad we did! The staff was super friendly and patient with us and once we made our choices we got a LOT of ice cream we definitely got our moneys worth! This place has nice seating outside to enjoy your ice cream and to talk and we really loved checking this place out! We definitely will be back, we have found a great ice cream shop near our house! Oh their pralines and cream and their waffle cone is just delicious!

This was catered for my work. I have to say I don't think I've had a honey flavored ice cream before and this was absolutely delicious. Ice cream is very creamy and had a great consistency. Would recommend for a works sweet treat.
