Amazing ice cream parlor with delicious and seasonal flavors. Friendly and helpful staff. And it’s great that the shop has a mission to employ adults with disabilities. Jake’s has definitely earned my loyalty.

I wasn’t sure what to expect after submitting the ice cream cake form on the website but WOW! I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up the ice cream cake! My daughter LOVES ice cream cakes and I was so tired of ordering a baskin Robbin’s one every year because it is NOT GOOD!! I got vanilla ice cream and a chocolate cake base. It was DIVINE! 10/10. Worth every penny. We will be ordering all our ice cream cakes here!

Lost my custom ice cream cake order. Disappointed because I was trying to do something nice for my partner’s birthday while we’re long distance. Even received an email confirmation that they were delighted to make it for me and with pickup hours. However, when my partner went to pick it up they were kind enough to offer her discounted products
