Server ASKED for tip and also complained to her coworkers who went off and stared at us for a good amount of time. When we clicked 0 on tipping while paying with card she asked well are we going to tip with cash.. obviously we would have tipped with cash since we clicked 0 on the iPad, but it is illegal to ask for tip and with her attitude through the service we ended up not leaving a tip which is reasonable because tipping is a privilege when deserved. I understand they live off of tips but you are in this food industry, treat the customers better if you want a tip. As we Got up to leave She went ahead and stopped us and demanded us to tip and commented that next time we can get a to go box. She also stated that this restaurant does not pay her well enough which is not our issue she should take that up with the owners not telling the customers to give her tips. With this attitude who will? We will be contacting corporate and the county of this location as she violated state laws , this is completely unprofessional!

Food was excellent. Parking spaces in garage are compact but free 2 hrs. Service was decent.

This place has really sweet servers. One of them was very kind, but we tried the ramen and it wasn’t great. It was very bland and the broth had an interesting taste. The sushi was good, but would not recommend the ramen. Everyone is super sweet here and the atmosphere is great. The wait time is so long it’s insane.

This place is very unprofessional. I tried to open the door at 3pm on a Saturday. the door was locked and I saw people dinning and staff were present. The sign said it was open and we called, but the calls were ignored. We tried knocking the door and they decided to ignore us.

I love coming here for ramen with my family. The white garlic tonkatsu is my favorite!

First time having omurice in US. It was a pretty cool atmosphere.
Beautiful space and a fun dining experience, but the ramen itself was a little underwhelming for the price. We were seated right away in one of the upstairs honeycomb booths for two, which honestly made the whole visit feel unique and memorable. The interior is super modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the atmosphere felt very similar to the Kyuramen location in Orlando, FL.
The ramen gets the job done, but the broth lacked a little depth and richness, even after adding the table seasonings. At nearly $18 a bowl, I expected a bit more flavor-wise. The pork belly was definitely the standout though, tender and well seasoned. Also appreciated the free 2-hour parking garage next door, which made visiting really convenient.

Had dinner at Kyuramen and honestly… the Sauerkraut Pepper is the bomb. It added such a good flavor and kick to the food. The broth was rich, flavorful, and super comforting without being too heavy. The pork was tender, noodles had great texture, and even the desserts were fun and tasty.
They only had two staff members on the floor, but honestly they kept moving nonstop and really did their best. Service was still friendly and efficient. I also really liked the spacing between the tables roomy enough to feel comfortable and not cramped. The food came out fast, portions were good, and overall the value was worth it. Definitely a spot I’d come back to for ramen cravings

The restaurant is beautiful, there’s a variety of music that place, a peaceful and relaxed ambience, amazing food, and even better service. Everything about this experience was worth the drive here.
