Lunch special is really good deal, but meat is very limited, I would rather spend $20 to eat something else.

DIRTY DISHES! Saw a review from 6 months complaining about the dirty dishes. They do not care and still hasnt remedied the problem. Food was fine but the dirty dishes are so disgusting. The health inspector needs to go there.

My favorite hot pot place. I've been to at 14 of these around the world. They have the best broth. You don't even need to add sauce. I love the new additions of Wagyu and Lamb shank. This one is a pretty decent location. Five stars!

My boyfriend and I visited for the first time on a Monday afternoon around 2:00 PM to try the $19.99 happy hour AYCE classic hotpot, which initially caught our attention given the competitive price point for the area.

Unfortunately, the service fell FAR below expectations. Upon arrival, we weren’t greeted (and that’s fine, I don’t expect to be greeted. However, a simple “hello” would’ve been nice) and stood at the front for around five minutes before being seated. After being brought to our table, menus were dropped off without any sort of explanation, and our server left without clarifying how the happy hour or AYCE options worked. The menu itself was somewhat confusing as it did not explicitly specify whether AYCE was included in the happy hour pricing, which created confusion from the start.

After navigating the menu ourselves the best we could and being ready to order, we waited an additional fifteen minutes without any follow-up. I want to emphasize that there were only two other tables in the entire restaurant at the time. Eventually, I had to walk to the front to locate our server, who was on his phone, in order to place our order.

Throughout the meal, there were NO check-ins, not even one, to see if we wanted to reorder items, which is crucial for an all-you-can-eat experience. We ultimately had to go to the front again to place another order for more meats, because that’s the only thing you can’t get yourself at their toppings bar. Another maybe 20 minutes had passed, and we were under the impression our server would not come to our table at all and so at this point, we just want to pay and leave. AGAIN, we walk to the front to request the bill and complete payment.

As someone who works in the service industry, I fully understand that delays can happen during busy shifts. However, this was not the case during our visit. The lack of attentiveness and communication made the overall experience disappointing and extremely underwhelming. Unfortunately, based on this visit, we do not plan to return.

Amazing food, came in late (around 8 PM), we definitely scored because we got the $16.99 per person after 8 pm deal. It gets packed very quickly yet service stays fast and food quality was amazing, not to mention the taste as well. 10/10 will come back

For many years, I have been a loyal customer of Happy Lamb Hot Pot (Little Lamb), but today I had no choice but to change my original five-star review to one star. Today was my worker’s birthday, and to celebrate, I brought them to Happy Lamb Hot Pot again. There were four of us in total, and the server seated us at a four-person table. Three of the four of us are relatively large in size, so I asked the server if we could move to a more spacious table. The server said that the spacious tables were five-person tables and could only be used by five diners, and that if we wanted to sit at a five-person table, we would have to pay as if there were five people dining. At the time, the restaurant appeared to be less than 20% occupied. I asked the server, “If your restaurant doesn’t have one-person tables, and a single diner sits at a two-person table, do they need to pay for two people?” … Eventually, after consulting the restaurant manager, the server arranged a spacious five-person table for us. In addition, items that were previously available for unlimited reordering at the highest tier are now restricted. It seems that Happy Lamb Hot Pot is going downhill and has to impose restrictive rules to cut costs. The service was extremely poor.

Great hotpot. You can grab what you need to your table, enjoy a desert, and ice cream, all for $31 per person. I and my wife enjoyed it upon our visit to Virginia. Highly recommend it.

This is a great hot pot spot because the price includes everything — sauces, beverages, and all the extras. You can pick whatever you like, and I really enjoyed the white soup with half-spicy broth. The shrimp paste here is the best!
