I've never been experience such awful restaurant. The service was horrible, they didn't give us gloves or eating tools and just handed the food without supplies. Not only the service was horrible but the food was completely NASTY. We asked for fresh crawfish but they served us frozen crawfish. The oyster was dead, and old/dark, it also tasted like long dead fish that is dangerous to eat. After leaving the restaurant, my children and I had a stomachache and threw up. We can handle spice, but what they did was like showering the food with pepper and not seasoning them correctly. The food was a rip off and the employees laughed it off when we told them our concerns. The chicken wings were just like eating half burnt batter.. both our children lips started to puff up and this is unusual. They didn't clean the food and sometimes see dirt particles from the mussel shell. Even the atmosphere was unclean, where tables weren't getting cleaned up. The crawfish were dry and wasn't fresh. When I asked for replacement for 6 all dirty oysters, they only gave me one new oyster. They took 50 minutes just to serve us such disgusting food. When we told them about the food, they didn't apologize and still made us pay $123. As you can see oysters are pure whiter and this is way too dark. They care about the money and not the customers health concern. I DO NOT recommend coming to this place EVER.

The food is great! Love the seafood combos. The spicy is delicious. My daughter had snow crabs in the garlic butter and enjoyed every bit. The prices are reasonable for this kind of seafood.

DO NOT BE FOOLED! THERE IS NOTHING NEW ORLEANS about this place. Seasoning slathered and dusted all over the shells instead of being BOILED IN. I found them doing a search for LIVE CRAWFISH to boil myself, which was not the case. Please do not be fooled, Do not associate New Orleans with this place. Beyond disappointed.

My favorite place to get a seafood boil. Unlike other restaurants that pull out frozen premade bags from the freezer, their stuff is made fresh when you order. Great portions, affordable prices and flavorful and delicious food. I usually get take out so I can’t speak much about dining in but my pickup process is usually smooth, without any issues and quick.
