Overall, it was a building that served food. It felt soulless and cold. Almost no staff interaction. This location is also another one that has switched to no free refills. According to the manager that is a company policy that they are going to be doing at all McDonald's over the next couple years.

I ordered a very simple iced coffee with just a few customizations: no cream, sugar- free vanilla syrup instead of regular vanilla syrup, and one Splenda.
What I recieved was a coffee with cream. When I brought it to staff's attention, he insisted that it was my order. I questioned it because the drink clearly looked like it contained cream. Only after I pointed this out did he agree to remake it correctly.
