I had a terrible customer service experience yesterday, May 2, 2024. A man working there disrespected my mother and sister, making derogatory comments based on race. His behavior was unacceptable, and it's clear he lacks professionalism.

MyLHBS always has high quality base & specialty malts. The yeast and hops are fresh with a great selection. Derek is helpful when creating a recipe w good suggestions to make my beer interesting. If there are no beers on tap (to fill growlers) there are always a good selection of canned craft beers.

Derek has an amazing shop and wealth of knowledge about brewing. His shop has a great selection of grain, hops, and yeast. It’s also a great place to stock up with a couple 4 packs of different beers to enjoy during your brew day! We are regulars because of the atmosphere and competitive prices.
